My independent grandmother lives in one of there complex, they made minor repairs to the apartments, installed new boiler which does not heat the apartments effectively the windows have gaps that let the cold air in so her apartment is at least 50 degrees we had to buy a heater so she can keep warm, another tenant used her stove to keep her apartment warm and had a fire in her apartment I'm sure more of the elderly tenants are suffering in there cold apartments getting sick with colds, arthritis, God forbid someone could die from the cold.
