Terrible management don t want to fix nothing untill I contact HPD. My rent for September 2018 is already payed by HPD and I am $ 0.00 behind and they send me statement claiming I have to pay for the month September2018 on the 1st and total amount due is $3432.04. Be careful with this company they try to ripp you off while they already received rent. And when you call the main office in Queens no one answers the phone , i leave messages and no one returns my calls. I send them letter no one responded back. Stay away from this company.
