I would not recommend this agent to anyone for property management. This company has poor concept of communication, poor management and very unorganised.They often made stupid mistakes, The director is rude and has no ethics, what he concerns is just money. They would not help you if there is anything happened during the contract term which is obviously their obligation.

I have dealt with Andrew a number of times and every experience has been great. I truly believe that he cares about his clients and getting the best outcome for them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team and I will be using them again in the future. Thanks!
