Sheraton Zagreb Hotel Review

I stayed for 5 nights very good location very much connected to public transport. 13 mins walk to city centre. Rooms are well maintained huge variety of breakfast buffet. Worth for money.

Pretty sumptuous space. Staff extremely polite. Clean toilet. The elevator is fast, it does not feel like driving. The garage is decent

An excellent hotel, but with great memories of coming to Zagreb

The rooms were nice, clean but dated. Restaurant was good, food was reasonably priced but the decor , also dated .

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Location is amazing. I haven t tried the room service or the pool/gym but will definitely try on my next visit. The bathroom was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. Just a small advice for the AC it might give a weird humid smell.

Give them a cast on everything, from food to service

Will be better if they provide kettle or complimentary water bottles

Room was nice but had to ask each day for my room to be cleaned & bins emptied; no hot water for 12 hrs even with repeated 'repairs', rude wait staff, ridiculous overinflated cost for breakfast, charged my card after I left & won't respond to my email. 1star hotel & makes me question Sheraton name.

I was a guest in the saunas of the Hotel. Service was excellent and the saunas are clean and perfumed

Very large hotel, modern furnishings. The rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained.
We liked the iron & ironing board in the room. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. Unfortunately, the coffee machine does not really taste like coffee.
Depending on the time of the check in / out is very tedious, since buses are full of tourists delivered to and the three switches are then more than overwhelmed.
Nevertheless, we felt very well overall!

Old style Sheraton hotel, staff and service was good, our room was good size on the 6 floor.

All right, unfortunately had the first class days behind.

Hotel facilities are good, but I don t know if the credit card deposit is very slow, it s almost half a month, and I haven t refunded the deposit at check-in.

For less than 6 hours of payment, the Sheraton Hotel's garages are charged for 7 hours. In this way, not only do guests cheat, but also themselves with this unhealthy way of doing business!

The location is not ideal. Ideal service.

Over run with tour groups, convention parties, air crew... especially at breakfast. They should stagger the time when groups come down for brekkie as they can get short staffed with tables left uncleaned and food left unreplenished. Beds are comfy and rooms generally small & shower was a trickle rather than rain. Not impressed.

The hotel is fine. Your heating system is too noisy. It does not correspond to the category it deserves.

High quality service, but the rooms are falling apart. We couldn't close the window properly and bathroom doors were hard to operate. We did get an offer to speak to the hotel management, but it's hard to believe they didn't notice a faulty window themselves.

Really wonderful atmosphere, bed, hotel service, room, breakfast! Recommendation from the heart!

Fantastic Hotel

Luxurious attention excellent and time your food and breakfast are esquixitos, your bed does not miss you home, your location is easy for everything .. Around there are very good places to visit and eat has pool and fitness center buenisimo spa is enchanted, definitely super recommended wifi easy good and fast, its installations som beautiful, its rooms super comfortable

The most needed part of the journey is to take a good rest and relax. Although the room type is not very large, but the bed will not be too soft and supportive, you can sleep well. The hotel equipment part is a bit old, not the most novel. Restaurant dining with silver tableware is quite textured
