Located right in the center. Very clean rooms. Very friendly and professional staff.

-I stayed at Hotel Sheraton. I wanted to go out at night around 1800. I didn t expect that, except for trams and a few vehicles, there were few pedestrians. All businesses were closed. It seemed that the shadow of communism in Eastern Europe and Yugoslavia had not been completely eliminated...

room is little old but american style hotel iron and iron board free bottle water etc...

Dated as interior design. Staff various, from polite and respectful to rude.
Wellness and gym good equipped, clean with helpful staff.

Excellent hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, well staffed and clean. Breakfast is very good.

Fairly decent Sheraton. Rooms could use some updating, but everything was well kept. Breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly.

Comfortable, well located, good reception, but with shower inside the bath which makes the access bad and dangerous, especially for the elderly.

Room condition was clean and convenient. Breakfast was delicious. It was available from 6 am

Comfortable and friendly. It is a bit difficult because of the popularity to the tourism crowds. Bus tours make a quiet relaxing breakfast impossible. Good that the staff is fast and friendly! Visiting during the non-tourist season is the best bet! However, always a great choice for lodging while in Zagreb.

I do not know what fortune you got 5 stars.
We have been to several 3, 4 and 5 star hotels but some 3 star hotels are far above you. The first time we came into the room outside our door there was scattered waste on the floor (from guests before us) that was not picked up by the tankers before our arrival. The floors are very stuffy as if the air has been the same in the rooms since the hotel was built. The rooms are dirty, they are clean enough to make the guests' eyes dirty, the night is very hot and stuffy, the air is noisy, the corridors are dirty, there is no dust anywhere, the sound insulation between the rooms is very bad. When someone closes the front door from the room hears the whole floor, there are books in the drawers before us or do you offer it with a rented room !?

I m glad I stayed here. It s a nice property. Great location, everything you need to see in the city is walking distance from here.

I had a 1 king size bed, and it s so comfortable. Not many hotel has good bed, but this property is it.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff are always there to greet you.

My most favorite part of the service here is quick. Specially house keeping service. I called few times to ask for some stuff, they came right away, within a minute or less. Yes! I m not kidding, they have the fastest house keeping service ever. I m so impressed!
Unlike many other hotels, it could take hours to get what you ask for, but not this one.

The bathroom floor was not stained and the decor was too old.

Fading beauty, as they would say here in Sarajevo. They have good beds that don t creak even when you jump on them.

Convenient transportation, WiFi is available, there is a park nearby, and a vegetable market.

Executive room on the 8th floor just great, service used in the app and after 2 minutes someone came. First-class internet. I'd like to come back. Bed very comfortable and pillows excellent. Connection also very good. All in all, Grade 1

Perfect hotel, spotless. Prices accordingly, but overall without objection.

Approximately 20mins drive from international airport, located close to the city and dolac market , observation deck ,which is around 20-30mins walk , with easy access to nearby bars, restaurants, convenience stores around the hotel , tram/train station right in front of the hotel. Hotel staff are very approachable and friendly. It also provides buffet facility , Spa for sauna and steam (unisex), gym and swimming pool.

Nice Hotel even the breakfast is not the typical sheraton level.

It s ok. Some of the staff barely speak English. Found the staff in the wellness centre on the first floor very rude when walked in to check out the gym and pool.... made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome enough to make me leave and not use the gym during my stay. Everything else was fine but disappointed did not get to use the wellness centre for the gym, spa and pool...

There is not much to say about the Sheraton, everything is known. It has an excellent garage, so there is no parking problem.
