Sheraton Zagreb Hotel Review

A good hotel, good structure, with several amenities, pool, sauna, manicure, pedicure. Disfavor: absence of care in Spanish. Restaurant leaves something to be desired. General care dry.

In the event of a mistake in determining the date of the reservation at the reception, they did not accept the cancellation via the booking. Although booking was made with the help of a receptionist at the hotel.

Elegance, a higher level that is not for everyone's pocket

Spectacular hotel 2 steps from the center. Very spacious and very well kept rooms. The hotel is a little dated and the style is classic, but for those who appreciate it, you can appreciate luxury above average. Breakfast good but not excellent. I found better hotels. Then the daily chocolate is the icing on the cake.

The location of the hotel is great, customer service at the reception desk average at best. The room we were in smelled like cigarette smoke and so did our entire floor. Room service food was below average as well

Never failed to meet my expectation! Your staff is helpfull from the conceirge , reception and housekeeping and room service.

Staff was amazing! Great hotel! The area seemed safe too.

Service: Staff were very friendly and spoke many languages including English.
Food: breakfast and dinner was great. Accommodated for intollerances however you need to make yourself known and ask.
Rooms: Good size room with a small desk.
Hygiene: Very clean
Atmosphere/location: hotel was very popular and located very close to the city centre.

Wonderful hotel, well located, close to historic center (high part).

I stayed here with my hubby and daughter she was only 2 at the time and she lost her cuddly lamb there. Sleeping was nightmare she'll kept waking up and crying for her lammy... they brought us warm milk through the night so she could fell asleep and did not charge us anything. I just went there last week 2years later and nothing has changed. Staff is very welcoming to us and kind. Love Zagreb and love staying at Sheraton. Thank u thank u thanku!

There is nothing to complain about this hotel. Location- on the main part of the city.
Ambiance- splendid.
Staff - professional n welcoming. Cleanliness n hygiene- cannot question.
Rooms- beautiful and comfortable.
Bathroom- quite spacious and very very neat with all the necessary sanitary supplies.
Breakfast spread- one of the best i have seen in Europe.
Bar- luxurious with many many books to spend a nice evening.
Cafe- amazing coffees n pastry options.
All in all, we had the best stay ever in a hotel.

Good service, comfortable bedding, good food, refreshing shower. Lovely stay in Zagreb.

We had problems with slow wifi connection in room.
The staff on reception was not so warm and friendly.

The room is big an everhing was God but the safe was broken and the shower was not working properly

solid hotel with friendly staff. I expect more from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast buffet rather standard, butter cheese sausage, etc. is without cooling on trays, the bar should already be cooled. The hotel restaurant serves specialties from all over the country, the food was decent and tasty. The carpets in the whole hotel have rather a musty and old smell.

I travel a lot and for me it is the best hotel where I have been. The most that has caught my attention is that the staff at this hotel is more than charming, thoughtful, attentive that I have ever met, they are very hard workers, and they have a lot of class ... They have many details with you during the entire stay. The hotel has a lot of class, luxury. This very well located, very spacious, the rooms are very large and the house in turn also. It has an indoor pool, a small solarium with a few hammocks (which usually gives the sun at a certain time of the day). The gym is big with a great variety of machines, weights, treadmills, bicycles .... I recommend

Very pleasant quiet hotel. The staff are superb, not a grimace insight. I'm told the pool is the best in Zagreb but I can't confirm this.

A large business style hotel ,friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet style with plenty of choice, though as usual with buffet breakfast the food only just warm. Good rooms though bathroom very small.

Beautiful hotel, felt like royalty! Lovely staff... rooms were spotless and lush! Close to everything! Pool could do with an upgrade but at least there is one! Perfect base for christmas markets! So cosy with the fire in the bar! Loved it and if I was going back that's where I'd stay!

The bathing water in the room is fine! The waiter is working for it! There are few types of buffet food, supplement food is slow or not even make up!
The room is old! Wireless internet is slow!

A lot of music a little ... at least what's wedding
