Disaster air conditioned spaces fuj fuj disgusting !!!!!!! No space for more than 50 people ....

Great service. Room adequate. Quality breakfast. There was no shower head in the bathroom.

A lousy reception, clerk with extreme moodiness, not to mention the smell of the room.

Nice 5* hotel but local grade. Small n traditional. Expect better for 5*.

Nice hotel with varied breakfast buffet, staff, room top, the sauna area is outdated and very unattractive, is for a 5 star hotel blamabel. For sauna area only 3 ***

Very nice atmosphere and interior. The man on the door (perhaps a barn, I do not know) was very kind, opened the door and greeted me as a real gentleman, which is very rare.

Strategic and easy-to-access location, has several options of the nicely decorated meeting rooms, tasty menus, halal friendly.

Was only here for a conference, but had the buffet lunch every day. Excellent food!

We stayed here for the first time in May. The staff was great. The rooms were clean. However the decore of the rooms and hotel did not feel like a five star hotel (as it is rated).

There is self parking available, which is nice.

The location is good. A short walk to the center.

This would not be my first pick to stay in Zagreb. However if nothing else is available I would not hesitate.

The internet is very bad it would suddenly shut down and it would work on my phone and not on my laptop

Great for relaxation: swimming pool, sauna, gym, massage, pleasant atmosphere.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Rooms are OK, but not as you would expect from 5 star hotels. Cleanness is also OK, but it needs improvement in some details. Saunas and indoor swimming hotel contribute more for greater relaxation. Overall nice stay, and excellent experience in Zagreb during the Advent.

New Year's dinner was very good but the wine was undrinkable.
The room was clean but needed a lot of maintenance.
On TV was the only channel in Italian RAI 1.
From the window you could see a damaged building.
There is no bidet in the bathroom.
In the corridors the carpet has holes.

I had a nice time to stay this hotel, because there's located in Zagreb city center, has comfortable guest room and serve a delicious breakfast buffet.
I want to stay this hotel again.

A very nice hotel close to the city centre. The room is spacious and bathroom had a tub. The TV had a few English channels to pick from which is great. The wifi is really fast and free. The bed was soft and pillows very comfortable. The only problem was that the air conditioner wasn't working, but the friendly staff brought us a fan to help cool down. Like i said the staff is super friendly at this hotel. Specially Velimir who was our server during breakfast. He was really pleasant, friendly and made sure we got everything we needed from coffee to orange juice. He deserves 5 stars! The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from and it was tasty and fresh.

Delicious restaurant, affordable and actually too large portions

Good location and room though the WiFi did not work even though we complained about it they did not fix it or offer any alternatives.

Clean, friendly and good. Restaurant staff would be nice if they were a little more friendly. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the cathedral and costs about 5 euros.

Amazing place, lovely staff. A high rated place to stay. Also, located in the center of the city, everything is just a quick walk away.

The hotel is great, clean and the staff is friendly and approachable. The hotel is equipped with a beautiful gym with a steam room and a pool, the spa is also great with a lot of services on offer. They have their little shop where you can buy souvenirs, jewelery and other things. Breakfast includes cereals, fruits, cold meats, yogurts and more, the only disappointment is that if you don't eat pork you won't be having sausages for breakfast! Amazing hotel all together.
