Really nice hotel with all amenities. The city centre is 10 mins walk from this place.
Was a part of a flight + hotel offer from British Airways. Room wasn't prepared in time. Was told that we should come in at 1pm, we got there at 2:30 instead and had to wait further 30 minutes for the room. Next, we were told about some 'room deposit' we have to pay. When we asked how much is it, the person at reception looked around, as if he was judging how much to take, and said '600 kuna should be fine'. After giving the deposit, that was not mentioned anywhere before we got there, we finally got to our room.
Very small room. Bed is really soft and great, shower is great too, but for a 5* hotel, size matters. We've been to 4* hotels that are way better.
On our way out, we receive our deposit and are told we have to pay a 'City Tax'. 14 kuna per day for who knows what. Again, this tax wasn't previously mentioned ANYWHERE. We've been to a bunch of hotels, most of which were below 4* and I'd say this is by far the worst experience we've ever had. Wouldn't recommend even to the people I hate.
Restaurant - a very delicious lunch and a great ambience in the very center of Zagreb.
Attended conference here.... Amazing ball rooms and dining.... Preparations for the hands on workshop was great
Exceptionally good food. Staff from waiters to chefs very kind and friendly. Nice ambience and pleasant atmosphere. We will surely go again.
Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. This hotel has no ice, soda, or washing machines. The couch in the room was quite small and very uncomfortable.
Great hotel in Zagreb, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast!
Nice hotel with very friendly service and good congress rooms.
Beautiful and lovely hotel, rooms are big with amenities, like the Swimming pool and gym. They have nice buffet spreads and the waiter and waitress are very friendly. There s a casino and a new mall behind the hotel, not a lot of shops at the moment, there s some bar and restaurant and a cinema, nothing else in the area of the hotel
Very nice hotel, and good location, but slow service.
One of the nicest hotel in this city. But the definition of 5 star hotel as compared to the physical feel is not so match though.
The hotel, accommodation and all other facilities are very good. Staff very friendly. Just some procedure about getting into a room I haven't experienced yet. Before we got the key to the room we had to leave as a guarantee some amount of money in excess of the price we had to pay for our stay, all under the pretext that it was a deposit for possible damage to the room. Nonsense al eto.
Wonderful hotel though pool very small. Terrific breakfast buffet and lovely open spaces and rooms very nice as well.
The room clean and large but the breakfast was an unpleasant experience, just tragic.
Smallish rooms but everything you would expect from a 5* hotel
Great location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very comfortable lobby.
The attention of the staff is excellent and congratulations to the restaurant staff.
Perfect location good place. At the reception everyone speaks English and is very helpful. Sheraton is always good.
It is a bit old and smells of subtle cigarettes in hallways and rooms. Still, it was convenient as it was a brand hotel and it had bedclothes and cleanliness, and check-out was good.
Thos is a very nice hotel. Tons to do in the local area
Near the Christmas market, Bellman explained in detail on the map.
This is a wonderful hotel close to the railway station with a sense of luxury. It takes about 40 minutes by taxi from the airport.
It does not offer the service of a hotel of that category. Not very spacious rooms. There are no buttons. They do not replace the toiletries.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel at night and the rooms can become like saunas.
Nice hotel in downtown Zagreb close to many attractions. Great service and delicious food
Celebration of the 70th anniversary of Israel. Foods! It was beautiful, cheerful, comfortable ...
Bad service. Unpolite waiter. Not capable to remember a simple order.
You could work on the pool but everything is worth it
Hotel quite correct, a 5 star comfortable and cozy. Maybe the rooms a bit small
Good hotel, staff can be more polite and respectful though I'm not a stranger
All praise for hotel staff ... kind, polite, laughable, happy and again serious, well-spoken languages (unlike other hotels where it was not known to speak literally any foreign languages) ...
Absolute top hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very clean. Nicely decorated rooms. Wellness offer as well as underground parking available.
Quite rude in terms of their customer service (I noticed almost all the Sheratons I've been to had rude service, but don't take that as a deal breaker, that is just from my personal experience in 4 Sheraton hotels I've been to)
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, but bathroom was a bit small and squeezy and could have been larger.
If you find a good deal in terms of price (compared to other 5 star hotels around) , this hotel is perfect, else find another hotel.
Hotel in the city center. Very large and welcoming hall, very kind receptionists. Clean rooms with a nice shower with a bathtub. Room and bathroom dimensions fairly small. Excellent breakfast.
Breakfast good
It was better to check in late and get a suite upgrade, but the suite view was just next to the building roof.
Excellent hotel with excellent services. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
According to the Sheraton's mandate, everything is superb
My favorite place for business meetings in Zagreb. They treat you well they know you from previous times the rooms are good and the big bed. Spectacular breakfast.
Good sized rooms on the executive floor and a decent and well priced spa
