Sheraton Zagreb Hotel Review

It is convenient because it stops near the central station and bus terminal and the tram stops in front of the hotel. There was a gym and aroma massage facilities on the second floor, which was affordable.

One minute walk to Central Station by tram 7 minutes convenient. 15 minutes to the tourist center. The tram is 4 kuna for 30 minutes. Encounter a professional pick-up within the hotel elevator. No relief

This hotel is FAR from being 5 stars, with old construction and apparent cracks. Anyhow, the service is great. If that was named as 4 star hotel,I would've rated it with 4.

Here you find what you are expecting from a Sheraton Hotel. If the utilization is not to huge, even the very small breakfast area works. As soon as spring starts the utilization grows immediately, experience from past shows that a normal breakfast then is not possible. Also, the whole logistics and how is organized amplifies that problem.
Why does Sheraton not wake up? For long people want a new, modern look, getting rid of the old (or course clean) style. I would prefer modern, light, clean, style. Therefore, I only be your guest, if no other possibilities are around. Sorry guys! But very nice and friendly personal.

It is a Sheraton and the service, breakfast etc are of Sheraton standard. It is a little dated. You can walk to all the good areas

Excellent conference space. Among the best in Zagreb.

The rooms are neat and clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are equipped with towels and hygiene products. The restaurant is very good, the staff in the restaurant and bar are excellent. check-in fee of 400,00 kn - not paid in the same amount to everyone or not charged at all. Criterion unknown!

The best hotel. Very large. Everything can be found in it I did not miss anything. The hotel deserves 50 stars. The room is neat. My kind friend. My experience is vauuuu. When i came in I thought ah one of those great classic hotels.
But while I figured she was the best in the world ...
I was with the family. Here's more about the hotel: the couples rated it with 4.3, individuals 4.3, and family 4.1.

Minor issues with heating/cooling. Otherwise great location, great views and wonderful staff.

Astonishing value per price. Generally friendly services. Champagne at breakfast. Modern bath in suites. In city center.

Negative: No lounge. Some breakfast food is overcooked compared to other Sheratons (like baked beans, hash browns). Overall old interior. Sometimes rude behavior (in my case at the spa/fitness entrance)

I attended the Christmas congress. I bought a tooth whitening paste (miradent), it was said to be at a 20% discount, they didn't give me the bill. Later I inquired about the price. I didn't get the promised discount or the bill at all. You should control it all in your space.

The best hotel for holidays and business in Zagreb. Great people, a nice bar, excellent breakfast and fantastic location at a walking distance from downtown.

I had an extremely positive experience staying athotel. From the moment I entered the hotel I was warmly greeted by the bellman, followed by a nice welcome at the Front Office where my Check-in was prompt, fast and done within several minutes.
The food during my stay was extraordinary and the service as well.
I would highly reccomend this hotel!

You explore and enjoy the offer. The offer at the Sheraton was fantastic, and the taste of the food was divine. Definitely a wonderful experience.

Very well located, rooms are good, staff is very knowledgeable

taxi driver know the place. short ride from airport.
friendly and fast check in with a creditcard deposit.
nice looby, a bit pricy.
gym is very well equiped.
room was clean. all things were working.
i asked for a feather pillow wich i got quick.
bed is soft comfortable. pillows could be softer.
mini bar prices are high.
wifi fast.
good curtain make the room dark.
it was quiet, i like that.
in the bathroom are all things good working.
housekeeping was good too.
just the heater wasn't strong enough in cold january. i felt cold in night time.
once my key card did not work. that's something who's always annoying.

Stayed for 1 night and that was enough. Nice hotel with good rooms, but dinner was grim - a very poor buffet. Breakfast was worse.

Great service, nice rooms and quiet. Had some issues with wi-fi but I think I'm just unlucky on wi-fi in hotels in general!

was actually pretty good but giving only 4 stars as theres always "rooms for improvement". in all seriousness, got a nice upgrade to a suite during my stay here. oh boy it was huge! good service too

Not the best Sheraton hotel but individual staff were great.

My Room (in a corner) is very spacious, more like a suite.
They serve champagne at the breakfast buffet!

Amazed that they had plant based milk and other vegan fooda in breakfast buffee. Vegan dinner was awful though. Spa was quite small and it's forbidden to go there with the swimmingsuit on.

Only 10 minutes walk from the city, the old five-star hotel.

I use it to oark my car when i Zagreb. It's safe and not too expensive

Great hotel close to the city center.
The room was big enough and filled with all the necessities.
The staff were totally friendly and very professional.
Breakfast option is huge and tasty. Rooms were quiet.
The location is good for exploring in the heart of Zagreb.

Classic hotel in everything is fine and staff is hospitality

The hotel is a bit dated but rooms are comfortable and spacious. There is no club lounge or happy hour at the bar. No complementary drink coupons or free breakfast to make up for no lounge. This was a bummer as most properties I have stayed at included free breakfast for Platinum members without having to select it as a welcome gift. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk to most sites in the city. They have the MAGC program. Overall, I would probably still stay here again. I ebjoyed the piano player at the bar.

This taxi stand is not a taxi stand at all, it is free private parking at the expense of taxpayers for taxi drivers living in the area.

You will certainly not find a taxi here that you will be able to take at any time of the day.
