The location is fairly convenient to the light rail and Phoenix Convention Center. Across the street is a neat open air shopping center, however some of the shops are vacant and there was some remodeling happening during my visit. The rooms are nice and the hotel has a number of nice amenties. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my 4 day stay for emergency repairs. They offered their sister hotel pool as an option (The Westin) which is a better pool but very inconvenient since it is blocks away. Service was good upon check-in. Staff was friendly and said hello daily. The restaurant is very nice for a hotel and the lobby bar was hopping complete with mood lighting (even on a Monday night).

It's a Sheraton so of course their rooms are top notch! Let me talk about breakfast in the restaurant. I had the buffet and it was worth every penny. The food was all at the correct temperature, the fruit was perfectly ripened and my server was on the ball! Cant wait to go back!

Recently spent a week here while my daughter attended a medical conference. The room was okay but the beds were way too soft and they had some sort of protective sheeting that made noise every time you turned over. Ate breakfast twice in their restaurant and both times we were seated by a hostess but had to wait for the waiter to bring coffee. And the first time we waited so long I started to get up to get it myself.
The pool is a lap pool which really doesn't work for either lap swimming or children who want to play in the pool. Beautiful rooftop though. For the price of a room I think they need to up their game.

I stay here for work often and it is always wonderful. Nice cool rooms. Comfy beds. Great buffet breakfast and restaurant.
Nice bar. Good location. You can walk to anything downtown and the light rail is super close.

This was a well designed hotel with very clean rooms. Thorough cleaning staff. Plenty of space around the hotel for quiet study or reading. The ballrooms were very large but not too cold. A cafe area had some comfortable seating with ability to plug in computers and get work done. Hotel restaurant had tasteful food and beer options. Did get stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes and the hotel security were prompt in filing a report and working with the elevator company to resolve the issue. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again for future work trips.

This hotel is in a great location and the higher floors have fantastic views. Unfortunately the rooms are not as great as the rest of the hotel. Pretty plain and not a ton of modern amenities. The pool is also pretty plain as well. Still an overall nice place in a good location.

We were there for Saboten Con. The event space was great, staff was friendly. The restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed in the bar area, but that can be expected for any hotel hosting an event.

We had a great experience staying at the Sheraton . We have stayed in many resorts and the Sheraton ranks at the top. The service was outstanding in all areas from the pool to the restaurant. We will be visiting again.

Was at a gathering of Chickasaws living in the Valley, put on by the Chickasaw Nation in Oklahoma. We were served a variety of beverages and snacks and a delicious lunch buffet. The room we met in was very spacious and nice. The part of the hotel I saw was grand.

Its nice comparable to a room at Cannery Casino LasVegas. The entrance looks grand and welcoming. It wasnt free wifi though when you get to your room. Its $15 a night if you want to use it. Its FREE though when you go hang out in the lobby.
Tip: bring your blanket and pillows and chill in the lobby. The sofas are pretty comfortable lol. Jk

Undergoing a renovation right now but it seems to be going well staff was very friendly and helpful. The adjustable table was pretty good but I wish it went higher. The chair in the room seemed cheap. And should have wheels. Extremely large television on the wall was very nice

First, the lobby is under construction so the review might not be fully accurate in a few months, but most of the review won't change.

The Sheraton Phoenix downtown is located a convenient 10 min ride away from the airport. Huge hotel with a large pickup/drop-off zone, multiple elevator banks, and grand conference room facilities on the 2nd floor round up the place.

The 2nd floor has 1 conference room temporarily being used as the reception desk. A bit awkward but whatevs. However, due to renovation there is no real bar except a small pool bar area which is tiny, has limited drink selection, and closes early. No bueno.

I got upgraded to a suite (yay!), which is very spacious, but still a bit dated. Furniture was comfortable enough, but the room was not the best lit and the bathroom was typical Sheraton bland. However, noise isolation was good, and wifi worked without an issue. Overall, decent enough stay, but Phoenix does have some really good hotel alternatives.

The hotel was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice looking; however I did not get in it. The location was nice, lots of different places within walking distance.

I was at the Sheraton for a business conference. The staff was excellent, very attentive to everyone's needs and courteous. The meeting rooms were setup nicely and stocked with coffee, tea and water and snacks. The luncheon was very tasty. I would definitely recommend them for your next function.

Rooms were good, way to pricey because of location, parking fee was ridiculous 25.00 a day and if anything is stolen or any damages to vehicle, pretty much sucks to be you. Friendly desk clerks. Located in a good area

Amazing hotel with super accommodating staff who will help with any issue. The room service and hotel restaurant are delicious. I stayed as part of a convention and they allowed us to check out late for a small fee.
