I attended a professional mixer/networking event recently. The public areas of the hotel are nice and the staff are polite and attentive. The food was excellent. The decor was very standard. Typical neutral color scheme with little surprise.

Everything was kept clean definitely worth the extra 20 that I paid for the night view and the staff was extremely caring. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to comicon or to just stay in downtown Phoenix.

The Sharaton Phoenix Downtown has wonderful accommodations. I was in town for a work convention and arrived late on a Sunday evening. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very centrally located, as we arrived from the airport. It was roughly a 15 minute cab ride. Although the hotel is being renovated, the construction did not interfere with our stay at all. The rooms were updated and clean and beds very comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar, as well as a place in the lobby for snacks, drinks and coffee. Beautiful views of downtown as well!

Went there for a work meeting. Not bad, but nothing impressive at the same time. Food was decent. Atmosphere was nice. Parking was is extremely compact and has tight turns. Not large vehicle or truck friendly.

Good hotel with great location but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Not exactly the friendliest front staff and since the merger with Marriott, they still fail to recognize Marriott rewards members. The security team is very inflexible, brash, and rude. The vallet's are the one bright spot at the hotel but that's about it. Maybe once Marriott finalizes the merger later in 2018 things might improve but with 2 complaints ive already lodged since 2017, I'm not holding my breath for significant change to occur.

Had a great overnight stay at the Sheraton. Rooms were updated, nice, and very clean. One thing I could see being a problem is we had an adjoining room so there was a doorway between our room and the next room. Sound carried through easily, the neighbors were being loud but that could be a problem if it were early or late. Only other thing I didn't like was the parking garage and the $20 fee to park, I know most downtown hotels do it but that doesn't mean I like it.

So far we have enjoyed our stay here. Our room has 2 double beds, not 2 queens or a king as we would have preferred. The room is in good repair and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a decent size, with plenty if counter space, which is nice. Location is right downtown, exactly what we needed. So far service has been pleasant.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are neat and clean. Refrigeration and the pool is nice. It was really hot so the pool bar was closed which was inconvenient. The location is great only a few minute walk from all the sports arenas.

The Sheraton is a gorgeous property through and through. However, when it comes to customer service and satisfaction the hotel seems to forget that its guests are the reason they are in business and the employees forget that the guests actually sign their paychecks because with out guests there is not a paycheck.

Great views from your room, room service was so-so. Something nice about your room is that the thermostats were not digital, so the room could be really cold if you were used to sleeping that way. Would have given 5 stars if the front desk was a bit more responsive. You can have 3-4 people standing in 2 lines and no one comes out to make a 3rd or 4th line to help alleviate the people waiting. You may start seeing grass grow beneath your feet as you wait for the staff to get around to responding to your issue.

Great hotel restaurant... the bar menu is excellent; I think the regular menu is pricier but the food is tasty and yummy for the working class. I liked the service, and they were very accommodating. I stay in hotels almost every week, and this place is worth using.

Went for my school's prom, so just basing this review off of the friendliness of the staff, the beauty of the building (indoors and out), and how clean it all was, this hotel is a five star experience for any event one should hold here.

It's hard to find something wrong with his hotel other than their despicable owners (the city of Phoenix), but I hear that will change once they find a buyer. It can use a facelift but still a nice major chain hotel downtown.

My wife and I were the one of the first lesbian couples married in Arizona when it became legal on October 17. We were married in an impromptu ceremony at the ONE Community luncheon with Mayor Stanton and more than 600 community leaders in attendance. The managers and staff of the Sheraton were simply amazing. Each and every staff member we interacted with during the event and later when we decided to stay over night was genuinely excited to be a part of the day and the celebration. They went out of their way to make us feel special, taken care of and celebrated.

This was quite a change from a year and a half prior when we stayed at another 4 star resort after our non-legal wedding at the Desert Botanical Gardens. At that hotel, the reception desk staff treated us with disdain and certainly put a damper on our honeymoon night.

I tell everyone I can about the super extraordinary treatment we received at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. They are truly LGBT friendly. The hotel is beautiful. The food is fantastic. The location is central to downtown activities. The Sheraton is now our favorite hotel in Phoenix.

Thanks for making our legal wedding day so special.
