Very poor seafood buffet last week both me and my partner were extremely disappointed in the freshness and quality of seafood as well as the rest of the buffet. my partner said it was a complete waste of money and I would agree with that. This is definitely a buffet to miss.

The hotel is in a central location in downtown Sydney. The subway station is also right across the street and takes you directly to the airport. The lounge is amazing as it has a full breakfast buffet and complimentary evening drinks/appetizers. Very nice hotel overall and would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great full service hotel. Excellent staff and facilities. Nice rooms, executive lounge, pool, and fitness center. If you have the option, get the breakfast buffet in the 1st floor restaurant, one of the best. Executive lounge is also very nice and was very crowded but the staff did a great job keeping up. They even opened a second lounge on very busy evenings. Being on Hyde Park was nice, but it is about 1.2km (.75mi) from Circular Quay. We found this not to be an issue and we liked being on the Park.

What a fantastic hotel. The location is great if you are flying in out of the intl Airport. One train ride away. Avoided the traffic and the need for an uber or taxi. They up graded us to a park view which is stunning. The club lounge has a great breakfast, but in the evening the club is packed and hard to find a seat for mediocre small plates. All the must see attractions downtown are an easy walk. I will definitely be back to this hotel on my next visit.

Terrible. Ordered GnTs at the bar, recieved gin and sodas. Told the staff, who insisted it was tonic, which it obviously wasn't. They then disappeared then and came back to tell us "New drinks are coming" with no apology. Waited 15min and left, and then they tried to charge us for the wrong drinks we didn't have. First world problem, but for a 5 star hotel bad, bad service. Go to the Sangri La instead.

Room were very clean and modern. The bed was very soft and pillows light and the service from the staff were of a high standard. The breakfast was also a very high standard with so many choices even for vegans. The staff at breakfast were so helpful. I would stay there again when in sydney!! Excelent service!!

I m afraid my experience was no at all good, I was flown over there to get a medical diagnosis some years ago from WA. Anxious time naturally.
But was not treated well.
Only there one night. But the morning after as I cleaned up and checked out they made me sit in the foyer as they said they had to check that my room was in order. They were really condescending and treated me as though I was not of the right class to be there, my stay there was most upsetting not to mention the medical outcome too.
It's sad that one has to look a certain 'class,' to be treated well.
This was some years ago I only found out that people could do reviews and so I did this because its always made me feel horrid..

Great location although bit disappointed after staying for almost 2 week there was no late checkout, and denied access to the lounge on my final day.
It's the small things...

Beautifull hotel located in heart of Sydney CBD. Close to transport ,shopping centres and walking distance from ferry terminal and Opera house.

The Hotel is situated overlooking Hyde Park and offers lovely views of the greenery. I went in on a hot day for drinks, and the hotel was a cool, quiet oasis. Service was efficient. A place to escape, or to take someone to impress.

Excellent location, great service and good rooms but the food dissapointing. I took my mother for high tea - we booked vegetarian as devout non meat eaters - swallowing ham quiche as a first mouthful was less than bad. The 15 percent discount did not cut it as an apology but who wants to spend their relaxing afternoon arguing. The balance of the food served was more of sickly experience than a delight. They did however bring some cucumber sandwiches on request. But the scones were certainly not what grandma use to make. In room pizza very tasteless and at $40 definitely preferable to eat out.

The newly upgraded Sheraton Grande is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are very accommodating and welcoming. Breath of fresh air. Extremely helpful and friendly staff eager to assist.

Went to the buffet on a Sunday night. It was the best quality and variety buffet i have ever experienced. It was awesome

Amazing hotel, beautiful location, beds are so comfortable, the food was great so good and the service is 5 stars. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and neat and i loved it. The Sheraton lounge for preferred customers was good too.
Breakfast options was pretty good.
Customer service at the frpnt desk was good and the front desk associate was very accommodating.
Elevator needs update.

Great buffet with wide range of options from glorious fresh seafood to roasted goodies and sweet desserts. Really awesome variety and quality. Well worth the price especially with Starwood membership. Great for feasting and not the light eaters....

Fantastic hotel in a central location. Great newly renovated rooms and fantatsic service. Only downside is they serve Pepsi instead of Coke.

We had seafood buffet lunch in the reetaurant. It was a great experience nad our invitees were very happy. The only commemt is with regard to the desert section which could be improved to include more variety.

Gorgeous view of Hyde Park and the room is the best I've stayed in. Super helpful staff and a luxe bathroom and walk in robe. It's a fabulous stay and in the heart of Sydney too! Slept great here, king bed is heavenly. If you want the best experience in Sydney then book the Sheraton grand hotel, you'll have zero regrets.

Staff was nice, food was okay. Used to be a lot better.

Perfect place to be on your own or for catching up with people as the environment definitely helps to getting that conversation going. Here we had the beautifully presented high tea which could be better if there was balance on the amount of sandwiches and sweets. Overall I'll keep on coming back because aside from the delicious food they also have very nice staff.

Seafood buffet dinner... it was ok . 3.5 out of 5. Nice and fresh but no wow factor

Came for the lunch buffet and found the crabs were overcooked and too salty, which was very disappointing. Other foods were better, although the sushi looked terrible, so I avoided that. Really enjoyed the large, juicy prawns, local oysters, lamb, and desserts!

Super location, and excellent quality as you'd expect from a good Sheraton.

Love this place, really excellent. Stayed here for a night and had the buffet dinner. Overall was good, but there are nicer hotels in the city.

The rooms were nice, as we're the staff. We ordered room service twice, dinner was nice, but breakfast was disappointing. Given the price paid one would expect more than a single piece of packaged toast with a $26 omelette.

I'm happy to pay the price of entry, but expect a commensurate level of food to accompany that.

Our stay at Sheraton on the Park was fantastic. All the staff we come across were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Buffet breakfast was great. Thank you for making our stay a memorable time.

June in reception is very nice the face of the Sheraton

Staff are incredible, very welcoming and professional and the food is divine. whether you are staying a night or just having a meal the Sheraton is fantastic! The rooms and clean, spatious and very beautifully decorated with high end facilities. Make sure to relax and enjoy high tea in the tea lounge before you depart.

Centrally located. Across the road from St James train station, next to Sydney Towers and Westfield Mall.

Rooms are great but when booking an exec level room we expected to see similar to what we previously experienced at places like four seasons. Unfortunately the exec level is an oversold perk that resembles any all you can eat family More

It was Ok but I was disappointed that there were no USB charging points in the room.

Great room, newly refurbished and really spacious. Very convenient location and close to St James station. Will definitely stay here again.

The service is great, facilities are well maintained and is located in CBD with access to shops and plenty of public transport options.

We were here for bottomless bubble with Oyster and Salmon. I did not expect the quality of the osyter was that good. There were 3 different kind of osyters. The smoke salmon was excellent. They comes with a lot of different side to go with the osyter. The extra caviar was a surprise. The service was excellent as well. Highly recommended
