The Sheraton has a Gym. Thanks to GroupOn, I just joined the Sheraton Gym for $9/month. No Membership, No Initiation and No Early Termination Fees at all.

horribly slow internet access...don't come here, especially as a bonvoy member, especially if you would like to get any work done/ bathroom shower was moldy

Need to improve guest services turn around time.. they never fixed my door locking issue before I checked out

Nice hotel. Obviously pricey being in NYC but awesome location ... Barely any wait time for elevator . Nice rooms .nice building... Really friendly staff . And awesome

It was OK. I was only there for a couple hours but the bed was comfortable and the decor was nice

I would pick ZERO stars but that's not even an option. The most horrible hotel experience I have EVER experienced in my life! 1.Checked in at 1pm, requested a fridge for my insulin and the fridge got to our room at almost 11pm and my insulin was ruined! 2. Woke up the next morning to shower after being participating in an IMTA competition and stepped on a chunk of broken glass on the floor and started bleeding profusely and I have Type 1 diabetes. 3. Manager comes and offered to give us free breakfast, 12,000 points for their spg program, and free wifi BUT, the wifi NEBER works and highly doubt I will ever use this hotel a again. 4. They switch our room and I'm lifting the sheets to make sure we take everything with us and low and behold a dirty and used towel from GOD knows who is made under the sheets!!!!! 5. The front desk staff is extremely rude. 6 I have never experienced anything like this before and even woke up crying due to the stress of the horrible hotel. The first mama her I reported this too is the only one who attempted to help. But what he offered does not even begin to cover what I have gone through here. I hope people read this and protect themselves and their families.

A decent place if you just need a place to sleep, however the staff at the front desk were extremely rude!

not a marriot standard hotel. too noisy and not organized at all. It looks like a middle of market place.

Nice hotel in a great spot. The gym is a great size with most equipment anyone would want. Rooms are a bit small but fine for a few nights to rest your head.

this hotel is bad the rooms are tiny, they say the room is for four people you cannot fit more the two people the beds that are so small, the people in the front desk the rude

Only HIGH IQ individuals will be able to use the elevators here. Unfortunately, you will not find me amongst their ranks. Back to watching rick and mor

Great location and handily close to anywhere you could need as well as close to a lot of theaters

Long lines at check in. Don't try to call down to the front desk cause no one answers. Charge extra for fitness. Gave us a single room very small with hard bed. Charge $4 a bag to leave for the day after you check out. Old needs remodeling. Only thing good was the location.

Very disappointing, not up to usual standards of service or cleanliness. First room was very dusty. I was promised a quiet room and it was not. I was moved to a second room which was much better. Except that the bed was terrible.

Clean rooms. Better than average beds. It's what I expected from a Sheraton in Times Square

I am not necessarily used to high end hotels, so for me this hotel was plenty good enough for me in terms of room condition. For anything nicer, you'd pay alot more. Overall the rooms where great. The lobby was beautiful, especially during the holiday season. They tried to charge us for looking at items in the mini bar but they removed it since we didn't use anything. I really don't think the Location of the hotel was in times square though, which was disappointing and misleading. The connected parking garage is unaffiliated with the hotel, however it was awful. Took an hour to get our car. There are multiple down the street you should probably use.

Tainy rooms, it's new York, it didnt have a restaurant and breakfast was alright.

The Sheraton is nice but looks a little outdated. It's near Times Square so there are far too many tourists.

The service is very good. All areas are very clean and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Staff is great! There was a little wait at check in was offered waters before we got our room. Rooms clean, showers HOT, no problem sleeping.

Hotel in the center of New York near Time Square, great location, really good breakfast, pity the structure inside is a bit old

It was nice and right near Times Square. The room was quainr but it would have been even nicer if we didn't hear the conversations in the hallway or when someone upstairs was walking around.

Beautiful lobby, paper thin walls, room was tiny! Pictures look much nicer. This was an "upgraded" room!

We were there just for a party and everything looked amazing!

A good hotel in a fantastic location only a few blocks from Times Square and the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA)t. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed, and I had a nice view looking toward MOMA . The staff was friendly and helpful.

Tepid shower at best, but rooms are cozy, bed is comfortable and housekeeping is right there with whatever you need.

Absolutely loved this hotel for a week long stay during Christmas. The staff were courteous & helpful. The lobby was exquisitely decorated for the holiday.

Attended a conference here. Everything seemed very clean and professional.

Very good location - many places within walking distance. Cosy room.

Promo price was reasonable, room was comfortable and clean. Location close to theaters and lots of dining and upscale shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The event I attended was in this hotel, The ball room used was adequate size. The air conditioning was perfect for the weather. Everything seemed nice. It was over crowded in the lobby and my friend's cell phone was stolen.

Good hotel, conveniently located. Definitely a great place to live if you want to visit Broadway and Carnegie Hall, convenient access, and also a subway stop. The room has a coffee and tea machine and you can brew water. If you want to leave your luggage you pay $ 4

We came to the Sheraton for a large educational conference in New York. We were extremely impressed with the kindness of the staff from the front door welcome to, in particular, the Front Desk Guest agents. Jermaine, thank you for your great service and making us feel so welcome in New York. The Canadians.

Great hotel and seems to be pretty friendly from what I could tell.

This is a very busy hotel and in my mind somewhat expensive although I am not used to New York prices. The rooms are very small but clean and well-organized with good amenities. I did not find much in the way of restaurants, there is a lounge that did serve complimentary food that could serve for dinner. The hotel is very well located.

The beds are very comfortable after a long haul flight. The hotel is situated in a brilliant location too!

location is just north of times square, rooms are nice but don't stand out, cleaning is good and hotel is very tidy.

Received a room upgrade and free breakfast. Room was great with good view from 42nd floor.

Poor management, staff very rude with customers and some rooms are really dusty.

Beautiful hotel. Only complaint is the beds are extremely hard.

Location is good. I have a swab coffee in the lounge. Do not expect the rest.

System for the lifts don't work well, always waiting. Room is nice size could do with a bit updating.
