Salvation with super early departures and flight delays! The rooms are spacious, clean, the staff is cheerful and polite! I love the bar in this hotel!))))

It s an amazing hotel with really great and modern facilities. It s so huge that it takes 10 minutes to walk from one place to another. However, everything is quite expensive in the hotel which is a big minus. The spa is quite nice as well! I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Really nice hotel with great rooms. Breakfast buffet is nice but if you show up close to closing at 10am just do the ala carte menu as its a very hard close. Plus breakfast buffet is on the expensive side at 22 Euro.

Nothing to say large rooms well furnished super beds .... A bit expensive, but sometimes comfort is priceless

Location

This venue is located in the shopping area, about 4.3 km from Oratorio campestre di San Donato. The center of Ferno is 2 km away and Chiesa di San Gerolamo is 10 km away. Malpensa Airport Terminal 1 and Volandia Museum of Flight are just outside the property.

The proximity of the metro station to the hotel provides the opportunity to visit the surroundings.

I gave it 2 stars because for what is suppose to be a 5* hotel, it is far from.
Design is strange, service is average and food is nothing to write home about.

It is very close to the airport, very close to the airport, convenient to shops and restaurants, good access to the airport and good access to downtown Milano. The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast was not a lot of food, but it was made of delicious food and we ate it. Food quality was also more than normal. There is a bar in the hotel so you can enjoy beer or cocktails lightly without having to go far until late hours.

Nice is nice, I don't know the prices, but they must be high being a very luxurious hotel.
You can eat well at the restaurant.

The room was great, and a great view of the airport!

It was our first night ever in Italy. We got the late at night after a 14 hour flight, and couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights. We called the front desk. The lady told us that the hotel is experiencing electrical problems that will be fixed shortly. We tried calling the front desk a few times later, but our calls were never answered.
We used our phone lights for showering and other needs.
An airport hotel should have 24 hour service.
Front dest employees should know about the room card master switch function.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Nice fitness room. Very convenient to the airport and train to city center.

Wrong information provided through website. Poor customer service both at reception and on line. Long wait at reception. Breakfast and lounge bar are very expensive and below the expected level for a 4 stars. Room temperature cannot be set below 25c (in Winter) On plus side, excellent location for Malpensa terminal 1.

Check-in over 30min, air conditioning in non-adjustable room, bad lunch with buffet in the sun

The staff was very accommodating. Our original room was very hot and there was no problem in moving us to another room with a free upgrade.

POOL IS CLOSED. It has not been fixed and some time. they lie and say it will be open tomorrow but it never is. Nothing nice to say about a hotel that advertises a CLOSED POOL. Their restaurant is not very good either - FAIL FAIL FAIL.

A beautiful hotel in a tactical location Great for conferences. The rooms are modern and minimalist style as I like denote cleanliness and order and I who have taken advantage of a special offer I spent less and had breakfast reserved a special area of the hotel where they can access only those who are part of this package. Very satisfied.

Well, this is Sheraton - relevant and friendly for its money... even cat- and dog-friendly :) With a marvelous breakfast for something like EUR 20...

Nice! They assist with providing non smoking, no pets room for us due to allergies. The service was good we requested more bottle water in our room and in less than 5 minutes we got it! Great service and a short walk from the Airport

Very friendly!! rooms are spacious, the shower was luxurious, and loved being able to order food for the room. Bed was really comfortable, and again, everyone was very helpful and friendly! Especially perfect is that it is attached to terminal 1, just a short walk from arrivals and to departures, truly convenient!

4-star hotel attached to Milan Malpensa airport, excellent for long stopovers or early morning departures.
We were there for a corporate dinner convention, the service a bit slow.
On the other hand, the really good dinner presented with care in the dish a little poor (in portions) for my taste.
Immense premises would not mind some rollers transporting people with the rest in the airport.

We checked in at 10pm before an early morning flight. Although I had a confirmation number, one of our rooms showed as cancelled. After a long day of travel, my two children, in-laws and husband were exhausted. After several searches, they could not find our reservation in the system and when we asked, would not honor the nightly rate on my confirmation. We asked for manager to figure out our missing room. Alessandro appeared as the shift manager who promptly stated that this was not his fault and we needed to deal directly with our travel agent. His only solution was to rebook our room at double the price that our confirmation stated. His manner was condescending and he seemed as if he didn t want to be bothered with our situation. Manager, Alessandro, was more concerned with proving that the situation was not his fault than helping us figure out how to remedy the situation. He was rude and had a total lack of people skills. After Sheraton staff spent over an hour on the phone arguing with Delta Vacations, we checked in at 11:30pm with our original room reservation and rate. We discovered that once we checked in, the rooms were spacious and comfy and the remainder of the staff was lovely and accommodating. Overall the facilities are excellent and the majority of the staff was pleasant and kind. I can truly say that because of the unprofessionalism and the poor handling by the shift supervisor, Alessandro, I would not recommend this location to others. Sheraton, please invest in some customer service training or make management hires that have some compassion. This untrained and unkind manager wasted his time, additional employees time and a tired customers time (who will not return to the Sheraton brand) and at the end of the day (1.5 hours later) we checked in exactly as we had booked it.

Very nice hotel, even if this breadth of the common spaces generates some confusion. The meeting rooms, bar and restaurant are very beautiful with too high prices in my view, however good the quality of the dishes on offer. The location in front of the airport and the direct access to the Malpensa highway are very convenient.

The hotel is huge but to reach your room it takes very long walk usually, rooms are really noisy.

Everything is paying ... even the wifi (12 for 24h) ... otherwise luxurious Hotel, comfortable and personal care. Regarding breakfast pastries ... I have already seen better, but it remains correct.

I was for a wedding: very spacious public rooms, well soundproofed from the outside, cozy and can accommodate many people. Friendly and efficient staff

I had lunch with my family at Easter. It looked like a forced solution because I had no other alternatives in the area. In fact it has confirmed a good choice. Beautiful and comfortable location, very caring staff and chef who prepared very good dishes for us. We tried as a starter a beef tartarare, gnocchi cacio e pepe, shoulder of lamb and salad with spinach and walnuts. All very good. Average prices considering the quality of the service but there are also different menus for 19 euros (also for vegans and gluten intolerant). I do not explain therefore some just enough judgments that I have read on the Net and that I do not agree.

More than convenient for those who will make a long connection in Malpensa. Day-use (up to 18:00) by 79 eur is very interesting.

Beautiful hotel with all services. Ideal to rest in a long wait between flight and flight.

The room was fine except it was pretty annoying that the electricity shuts off if you are not in the room. So you cannot charge up any devices while you are out, and the ac doesn't run while you're out either.

Also ideal for a few hours of waiting with a spa that can be used by external customers

Room was nice and clean and all the amenities available. Also they provided me with two small bottles of drinking water.

I ordered a pizza 4 stagioni for 15 ; they delivered very fast and it was delicious.
The location is very convenient as you can walk to and from the airport terminal.

Room at check in 27c 79F degrees AC don't work front desk gave me run around took me 30min to change the room and they gave me some one else room walked in and room all messed up. Food everywhere! Finally after 3 rooms and 1.5 hours I got into comfortable room.

It is difficult to find a ride to the desired parking when you hand over the car. Ask in advance when you receive the car where you need to come, and make sure that you understand it well. Otherwise, you will wrap circles)))))

Location perfect, room large and comfortable with blackout curtains. Just be prepared for a long walk to your room. But all in all a convenient place to stay.

It's my hotel when I have to take the plane !!! Directly connected to Terminal 1, spacious and ultra comfortable, excellent restaurant and friendly staff. Already visited twice, I will come back every time I leave Malpensa.

WOW. Not sure if it s because of my Bonvoy status but I checked in within minutes. Got to the room and it s basically a USA sized 4* hotel room. Clean, big, Amenities, cold in the room etc. Also just ate a quick late lunch in the bar and it s not hotel food. It s not airport food. It s restaurant food. Edible. Italian quality food. What a way to prep for a long travel day tomorrow. A+++

Top hotel, for me, who had a meeting here. For all those who want to visit Milan unfortunately 42km away. Bus One way 10 Euro .. Round trip 16. Taxi about 30 Euro. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms well equipped. Very clean.

It's a huge airport hotel. I mean, really massive. Walking from our room to reception was about 10 minutes. Located basically in T1, it's as convenient for early flights as it can be. Professionally attentive staff, very spacious rooms. Free water in the room, free coffee by the reception. Lots of amenities in the bathroom, even packed toothbrush and shaving kit. Due to morning flight we didn't have breakfast, so can't comment of that. Very good soundproofing, despite being basically in the airport, we couldn't hear any planes.
Not much to complain about, but being such a high level hotel they could upgrade TV set. It's very old, flat screen, exceptionally slow and unresponsive with image quality from the 80s.
Surely not cheap place.
