Very nice hotel ... adjacent to the Malpensa airport Terminal 1.

Beautiful everything, exceptional cuisine, excellent services.

I was at a conference; nothing to say about the room, bar and restaurant prices a lot to say as they are definitely expensive and offer mediocre quality.

Very bad value for money, the food was not of quality, you don't pay by debit card, you don't get information about your stay, my visit was a group and many problems with the guests arose ...
Absolutely not recommended !!!

Workers should know better English special bosses. And to be more friendly.

A perfect stop before or after a flight, just minutes by indoor walk to departure hall terminal 1 or even if you travel by car as a best choice near highways A8 and A4 (just ten minutes detour) for a one night rest.

Extremely disappointed -
booked this hotel months in advance only to be given the wrong rooms and with no apologies. stayed at this hotel only because of the location and proximity to airport. Staff paid no attention to our complaints about the fridge not opening ( reported this 3 times ) or taps leaking , phone not working etc., Oh and dont order toasted sandwiches ( room service) not only do they charge extreme rates, they also charge you 6 euro delivery for each sandwich!! ( ours were even burnt!) what a pity that the service is so poor when the hotel is actually quite nice.

In the airport, making our 530 am flight smoother. Staff helpful and pleasant. The food was unusually good for airport hotel. Awesome pool. Large room and bathroom. Deducted a star because tub didn't drain.
Would highly recommend if flying fr Malpensa.

It is the best choice for passengers who need to transfer here.

Very comfortable! Only 200 steps from the train station !! Very good price for the comfort they provide you !!!
What they should improve is the coffee they give out of courtesy !!

I used to stay here for the past years when I fly from Milan. The location is obsolutely the best for Travellers who have early flight or in need for lazy morning. However the service is the worse ever if you need something more than a room. Now when I get the room, I don't ask anything and I use only my room to sleep, the bar and restaurant to eat, and next day I fly away. What's worth of mentioning is the spa though. It is operated by another company and its body massage program is very good. I use it every time, the spa and the pool. Upon reservation, so don't forget to call before and make sure of your appointment.

I was at the hotel for a professional selection event, at the entrance I was immediately greeted by the staff who directed me to the selection room

Spent one night on my way back from Madagascar. Smoking room ok, but toilet wipes and plastic toilet bags were missing. cold reception. But the best in the 'Monterosa' bar. At 11 pm nothing to eat !. We ask for a simple TOAST, but instead comes a plate with three triangles of bread, cheese, ham. All RAW and accompanied, in the same dish, by bag Pai chips !!! What class !!! We refer to the kitchen for cooking, and everything returns practically as it is !!! We hardly consume anything, but the bill says 'Pierino' (?) At 12 euros each !!! The date: August 5th 2015 Avoid the Bar, they are also rude and slow.

I didn't even stay here...I was lost and have never encountered a more helpful front desk staff than the ladies I met today. I will be booking here in the future.

The hotel is maaaassiivee, it took me around 15 minutes to reach the reception, and very noisy housekeeping, vacuuming all the times and knocking the door with there equipments.

Very nice place, easily accessible from highway, connected to airport for convenien, clean rooms, great bar(open-late) and dining room.

Best location, steps away from terminal in Milan. I stayed here for 2 nights and was upgraded to the suite, so taken care of by the wonderful staff. Will stay again when coming to Italy.

Only Hotel I ve ever stayed in with no access to an iron! Almost could not believe it. No iron in the room and on calling to request one, I m advised to go down to the second floor and use a shared iron in a room some place... with the walk to the elevators (also the longes walk ever experienced to get to my room) and then bumbling around to find the room with the iron... ironing a shirt takes 35 minutes. Crappy hotel standard irons are like $10. What is going on here Sheraton brand? I call B.S. It s like staying in a youth hostel but with at 20 minute walk there and back. What are you thinking!

I was only able to stay for a short period of time and I used the bar for a quick dinner ... elegant atmosphere but poor quality of food and not acceptable by Italian standards. I would have expected more from a hotel of this standard.

Great architecture and internal design for a very cool hotel, perfectly integrated in the surrounding (which is ugly, as an airport is supposed to be) suburban environment.

But if you like contemporary architecture you just got to love the way the hotel rounded backside reflects the design of Malpensa Terminal One, and all the small choices of design and furniture, from the reflecting tinfoil-like curtains to the recurring motive of bamboo reeds: in wooden carved screens and booths, behind fake walls mimicked by semitransparent plastic sheets, in the restaurant logo.

After an afternoon in the (too warm) swimming-pool and SPA, a nap in the chic and cozy room, and a nice meal in the Canneto restaurant, the prospect of a 12-hour flight suddenly seems more bearable.

Ultra modern hotel, great accommodations and a fabulous breakfast.

Stylish hotel. Popular, service nice. Restaurant quality good away from busy times. I return to this hotel as it is a pleasant stay. Excellent access to Terminal 1.

Clean and quiet but definitely not Italian. A bit too institutional.

Had a fantastic stay here at the end of our Eurotrip, convenient location attached to Terminal 1, hotel is beautiful,very fast WiFi, and the service was fast and friendly, room service meals were delicious, you pay a premium for the convenience but it was definitely worth it!

I went to the Sheraton for two lunches and a meeting room. Luxurious, comfortable hotel, helpful and friendly staff, great food I would recommend to anyone.

Good things:

-close to the airport, super close (walking distance). The airport has a wide range of facilities so if you're on a tight schedule and just need to stay in a night, you'll find all you need around you. Restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, ecc
-the rooms are tidy, modern, a bit too dark, very tall and comfortable
-comfortable bed and pillows
-normal amenities are available
-bath tubs are available
-Internet is good and free, depending on your package. Otherwise the one in the lobby is complimentary
-polite staff
-security runs checks often in the lobby so it feels safe to be around
-electrick sockets near the bed

Negative things:

-check-in time is long
-calls aren't answered occasionally and if they are answered they take a long time to be picked up
-you sometimes have to walk a lot from the reception to your room, like minutes walk
-a friend of mine that stayed here got her ring stolen cause she forgot it in her room, she remembered about it and went back to the room, in about 15 minutes the ring was already gone.

Conclusion:

Great quick stay over, not recommended of course as a getaway. Be careful with your personal belongings, store them safely in the safe or take them with you.

Update 18/06/18:

I've been in this hotel 14 times now. This is my 14th.
I sometimes need to sleep during the day cause I work at night, I'm not a fussy person. I'll have to bring the rating down 1 star:

-Windows exposed to the sun make crackling loud sounds as the metal expands with the heat, it's super loud and doesn't allow me to sleep if I need to sleep in the afternoon or daytime.

-some rooms, just like mine, are located under meeting rooms or next to loud rooms, you hear carts, trolleys and tables and chairs moving every 30-40 minutes. It's loud and wakes people up.

-staff are very noisy, slamming of doors and shouting in the hall. Worst noise happens around 14 o'clock to 17 o'clock.

-expect also rooms to be noisy from the neighbors, the walls allow much noise to drive into your room. People watching the world Cup football games felt very close like if there was no wall.

-worst thing among all these updates is that I asked three times for earplugs but was attended 45 minutes after. I was told by one staff that it isn't his fault, that he's doing his best and the receptionist was telling me that it's weird it wasn't delivered yet. Miscommunication and lack of responsibility on their part. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Hotel well located, very close to the large airport car park and direct access to the terminal and the train station.

This is a great hotel if you have an early next day flight. It's connected to the airport.

The building itself is pretty cool, it seems like it's an old terminal or something.

Walk through...didn't stay here, but looks like nice hotel...Car rental agency was using their parking lot for returns...now, that was a mess!

Poor organizationally between reception and bar and restaurant staff. The quality of the food is nice to see but discreet.

Thermostat and tv not working/working well. Sullen staff. Bare amenities. Little better than a functional space to spend the night.

An additional amount of 244 was blocked on the card, 2 months passed and were not returned.

Sadness!!!! Two days ago I booked a day at the Spa because it was my friend's birthday and I wanted to give him a gift. Telephone booking both the day and two massages with a lot of appointment .. I also asked the price for correctness. The first massage was at 12.30. We arrived yesterday all leaked to meet the appointment at 12.10 ... communicating to the person at the entrance of our arrival. The girl looks at us astonished ... as if we were 2 extraterrestrials ... excuse are there any problems? No .. but you have no appointment ... still startled ... but do you know that you have booked ??? I almost got in trouble ... I opened my cell phone ... holy technology ... and I had to show the phone calls I made the day before regarding the booking interview. Well the girl made us sit nn including the spa entrance .. among the other the day before the young lady who answered me on the phone said they were 25 euros ... yesterday's said they were 20..good ... I asked if there were towels and a pair of slippers .. disposable slippers one euro..the towels seemed to give gold ... so much that orally in all the spas there are available .. as a result of normal that you are in contact with water. The two massages could not be done together ... exonerated. at my time .. it was 4 pm .. let me remember my appointment. I start the massage at 16.09 ... and finished it at 16.52. Oil not even heated .. the girl with a hurry and a frightening escape ... as soon as I finish the massage because I wanted to make him notice ... disappeared !!!

A very nice hotel. Nice to be so close to the airport when you're flying early in the morning.

Really really really convenient location to the airport. Very comfortable room and bed as always in Sheratons. It was a bit expensive for the room. I guess I paid for the convenience. Other than that.... No complaints.

Attached to the airport. Very convenient if you're in transit. 8 euros bus or 13 Euros metro into town.

Practical Business Hotel, right at the Airport. Slow Check in and check out, tiny Restaurant Menu,large Bar Area, efficient staff. Simple Rooms.

A nice stay, however you need to pay 10 euros to use the spa facilities and there was a convention going on in the hall that made going back and forth to your room in your robe a little awkward. Staff were great and the rooms nice. My TV was broken though

Hotel.located right at the terminal. Good service and the room standard.

For the price. Dirty carpets and windows. You are charged if you use the refrigerator. No free WiFi. Long walk to the room with no help for handicapped. Associates do not have maps or give good directions to the airport. Difficult to access lobby restrooms, poor hotel selection for those with sight problems. No assistances. The beds are good, but light switches are problematic.

Luxurious structure, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable people

This hotel is huge, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and they offer free water bottles in the room. You couldnt ask for a better location, the Wi-Fi worked, & the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the room service was not very good and it was very expensive!

Enormous hotel in the Malpensa airport! They have a very nice fitness center, free to use, on the first floor. It has several machines, dumbbells, and cardio gadgets (I stay away from those).

Definitely a prestigious and very comfortable place as it is inside Malpensa airport. Very large conference room. Refined but satisfying cuisine. Great service.

Stayed there 1 night due to a cancelled flight and customer service is mediocre.. they won't try to solve any issue, most of the staff is stubborn..

Apart from the handrails of the escalators that go their own way with respect to the platforms ... The rest is in line with expectations.

Amazing facility, unbeatable location of you are traveling from Malpensa. With a restaurant, bar, spa and a swimming pool open until 22:30 there used plenty to do. Rooms are big and tastefully decorated.

Good hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpfull. Huge airport hotel with all the facilities one needs, like gym, swimming pool, bar and restaurant, and laundry service. For an airport hotel I must say that it basically is noise free. Good local public transport (bus/train) and a lot of rental car companies to choose from.
The room is very big in size with amenities like slippers, free bottle of water, kettle with tea and coffee, shower cap, shaver and toothbrush.
The breakfast however was bit disappointing. A lot of bread options, but the vegetable options were limited.
For lunch/dinner be careful where you order. For instance a pizza can only be ordered at the bar, and not at the restaurant. That was a bit strange I felt.
Overall good experience.

My experience was awful. My husband and I booked a room as I did for my son and his partner. We decided to book a club floor room to enjoy an evening cocktail and a free breakfast. What a total disaster and waste of money. The food and wine was empty at 6;30pm after several attempts to get them to replenish it nothing happened. So we were totally ripped off. Stay anyway else but here, we paid a huge price for nothing.

Clean and comfortable room. They offered me a free room upgrade. A little expensive but the convenience of being inside the airport worth a few euro more.

Rooms need more amenities, maintenance. Safe Box not working

indoor pool with cold water, very dirty showers in the changing rooms, being a hotel near an airport there are many foreigners, who obviously do not know the rules for staying in a spa since we found a gentleman who was over 65 who it ran like mom did ... and I assure you it was not pleasant !!
