Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Center Review

Right inside the airport.
There is an indoor pool at the cost of non-guests at the hotel 20 Euros you can try to request a short pool early in the morning (opens at 8 am) .. When there are no people yet (last time we tried this with a group of 10 guys and agreed to lower the price significantly we highly recommend Before the flight ..

Very good staff, coffee, and they all speak English, the beds are comfortable but the pillows are just ok. Over all great hotel

Hotel food is fantastic and authentic, be sure to try the buffalo mozzarella pizza. Layout is absolutely terrible, it will take you half an hour to walk from the lobby to your room.

Perfect to stay when you need time for a long connection flight. The breakfast is fantastic&the restaurant offers a lovely a la carte option. If you just like a quick meal then the bar is perfect to enjoy a lovelt pizza, salad or some Italian pasta. Good wines and beers. The rooms are very confortable. The hotel is connected to airport so you don't have to worry about taking any taxi or walking out in the rain.

Check in the room after 3pm after a long journey, without the possibility of changing and taking a shower, being at an event with over 600 people then lined up until 9.30pm tired ... to get the room, for what you pay, bad handling of the situation, unavailability ...

Very comfortable hotel, practically you find yourself inside the Malpensa Terminal 1 and you can easily access the Executive T2 covered parking .. The rooms are large, well furnished, very clean and comfortable, free wi-fi, practically perfect .. only little flaw, the corridors are eternal!

Convenient hotel at the airport. Rooms spread out so you typically have a long walk to your room. Rooms are big and comfortable, and soundproof. Couple of restaurants on premises. Great spa and pool. Of course the best thing is that it is a short walk to the terminal, very convenient for early flights.

Excellent customer service, as always. The convenience is tops; hotel slightly dated, but works for me. Very quiet, comfortable.

I had the enormous pleasure of staying in this hotel for two days and two nights in October 2018 together with a friend of mine and I can safely say that it was the best hotel experience ever lived in our entire life.

Spotless, well-appointed and well-stocked rooms. Impeccable and complete sanitary ware with any household appliance necessary for personal hygiene. The bed was really comfortable.

As for the food part, I should write a separate chapter but I will limit myself to making my warmest compliments to all the restaurant staff (from the chef to the waiters). We were almost sorry to disturb them late the first time (we arrived late in the evening around 11pm) but we were too hungry and despite this we were served a fillet and ravioli both divine.

Last note: I thank the reception staff for their enormous courtesy and also for letting me know that I could take advantage of a small discount for the airport parking.

Bottom line: expensive but you get what you pay for. Impossible to be disappointed.

Places amazing but you have to organize a bit 'better

Comfortable and welcoming for those traveling on Malpensa airport, equipped with comfort and level services. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and equipped bathrooms, kitchen and international breakfast with omelette chef.

Excellent reception beautiful structure in a strategic place as it is located at the airport easy access without having to leave the site ..

Before the actual review, I just want to say that we did not actually stay here. After missing our flight, we needed a place to stay the night close to the airport. The lobby was very clean and this Sheraton seemed like a nice place. We were told that there were no available rooms for two, so we ended up staying at the Moxy nearby. However, a quick search soon after found that there were indeed open rooms available online on their own Sheraton website. I don t understand why we were blatantly lied to, but for a well-established hotel, this type of behavior is very rude and concerning given the price.

A Fine hotel that is exceptionally convenient as it's right next to the car rental drop spot and the departure area. Highly recommended.

Very stylish hotel with a convenient location to take the planes departing in the morning. The beds are comfortable, the rooms very spacious and clean. The only flaw is the slowness of the reception, it took an hour to check in.

The hotel was connect directly to terminal 1. We were able to check in, go to our room, and head to the terminal for some food. They were quick to help us when needed. We had lost our charger adapter for Italian to American outlets, they were able to offer a temporary outlet that worked with American plugs.

Great beautiful structure in no uncertain terms. Hotel handy if parts from Milan Malpensa early in the morning. Wide spaces, refined environment. The hotel entrance is located in the airport terminal. very spacious room, clean the smallest detail. Well trained staff. Expensive but comfortable.

This is an excellent star hotel, but the food in the restaurant is fantastic 5 star.

Nice hotel. Clean. Good food in most outlets. Pizzas are nice and up to italian standard. Tiramisu portions are generous.
Espresso machine in the lobby is a very nice touch. Ice machine available.
Breakfast pastries selection is good. Egg station.
Gym is good as long as it's not crowded.

I have mixed feelings with this hotel. Nice gym, nice rooms and nice breakfast but when I needed to contact reception cause TV and internet was down, I called them for an hour and they were absent, no reply at all so I had to go to sleep.

The hotel is in a great location, directly connected to the terminal. The room thermostat was not functioning and there was work and noise going on outside my room after midnight. Some rooms are very far from the reception.

The hotel is a kilometre long from one end to the other. Go for a stroll. Modern rooms, but many of the TV stations don't work.

They gave me a smart box for my birthday and I chose to try the Sheraron Spa inside the Airport ..... a wonderful experience !! Small pool but very warm and relaxing. Relax area with emotional showers. Turkish bath and sauna. Relaxation room with herbal teas and soft drinks and books. Nice really nice.

Very nice rooms, and convenient location. Windows in the room we're very soundproof. Be prepared to walk at least a quarter of a mile to get to your room- Very long hallways, a bit spread out.

Hotel is Huge . Naturally Ull get lost and ask the staff, they seem annoyed all the time if you ask them anything. WiFi has major problems. No iron facility in the rooms( which are quite small).menu is one of the worst , almost nothing for vegetarians also the food stores outside shut down at 2200-2300. So ur stuck there without food at night. Otherwise not so bad in terms of convenience!

We will only stay there again, as we did this time, because we have an early flight or middle of the night arrival.

Lunch offered by NEOS (low-cost airline) that however little it may have paid, however, discredits the hotel's good name. Leftover main course, bread, cheese, salad and water!

Great, everything very clean, very friendly staff, facilities in perfect condition. It is a very comfortable hotel located inside the terminal, has the train next door to go downtown.

A very good service, great support for travel by limiting stress. Located exactly half way between the parking lot and departures airport of Malpensa. Also excellent restaurant service. The price is not cheap, but in line with the service.

Having arrived at Milan rather late due to strikes in France, the rental car company was closed. Thinking about the price and hassle of a taxi to and from the airport to our Airbnb home, and also the lateness of the time and having 3 tired travellers, I checked the price of a room I the Sheraton and worked out it would be nearly the same but with 3hours less travel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful even at 2am. The got us setup in a room and gave us breakfast as well. The room was comfortable, clean and unusually quiet compared to most hotels. Sleep was fast and comfortable, Milan was quite warm and the rooms air-conditioning was preset to a comfortable level. After a decent night's sleep the shower was refreshing and the breakfast was excellent just what was needed after a rough 24hours of flight cancellation and flight delays. Breakfast had a wide range of different food, and all well chosen and we'll presented. Check out was as simple as check in. If you get stuck at Milan Malpensa airport I can recommend the Sheraton as a small refuge in a sticky situation.

2 stars for the distance you have to walk to reach to your room.. Service and food is just great..

This is the best hotel to stay at Milano airport, it is very well conected to the terminals, the reception is friendly, the place is huge and rooms are confortable. The cons are breakfast (it was one of the worst omeletes in my life), and indoor pool is not heated at all, so no one uses it. I still think its the best choice in the area, but is has a lot to improve.

Very valid and efficient hotel. The restaurant on the first floor offers excellent quality food. The rooms are very well kept and functional.
