Room was very tight. The attendant took a lot of time to take our luggage to our room. Breakfast was expensive for 28.00 pounds, omelette was terrible no taste was blend. Some of the concierge was nice but some of them don't care at all. Over all it was not bad

Booked an afternoon tea and overall it was lovely! The tea area is not too big, so it s not noisy or over crowded. The seating is nice and comfortable. The room is so opulent and glamorous. There is a harp player (there was on the Saturday) it was lovely! We had the earl grey and 27 teas, my fave being the 27. Highly recommended. Our tea pot was bent and it wouldn t close-so the tea didn t stay as hot as I would ve liked but not the end of the world. The scones and jams were nice, Black currant jam was a seasonal treat and they came around with mince pies as add ons. The sandwiches were delicious. The seasonal cakes were great. I didn t particularly like that the cakes were shared, as it s 42 per person- I felt we should all have our own cakes, as is done everywhere else. The cakes were so difficult to cut as well. Not easy cutting such a delicate cake into 2 s. A sharper knife should ve been given- cakes were delicious though! Just not enough per person in my opinion. My husband and mother in law, were still hungry when we left. So for the cost, a bit of a let down. Giorgia and Antonio helped us and they were excellent servers. I d definitely consider going back, as was such a nice experience but Sketch and Cafe Royal, don t make you share your cakes so I d have to think about it if I m going with men, as their appetites are a bit bigger!

A very luxurious hotel, spacious rooms, fitness, nice kitchen and a nice modern bar. During the winter period definitely worth it for those who want to enjoy Winter Wonder Land. Or want to blow out Christmas shopping in London!

Attended here for my works Christmas party. We were in an area downstairs, with its own private bar. The room was nice, but being down 4 flights of stairs, the staff were incredibly rude when I took off my high heeled shoes to walk down rather than potentially fall trying to go down in them. Food was ok, but nothing to write home about. Isn't somewhere I'd rush to go back to...

Great hotel!!

Great hotel!!
The location is perfect, the staff is very professional and the breakfast they serve is high quality. There is a nice bar inside the hotel, and also a restaurant which has a terrace you can use if the weather is nice.
Highly recommended!!

I have been to the Sheraton Grand London a couple of times for a few good years now and I think that says something. Always welcoming, good relaxing atmosphere and always someone around to ask for information. Staff attentive, lovely to talk to.

Had the Lock&co afternoon tea here and it was lovely. Wide range of teas to choose from and they taste amazing. The scones! Lovely and warm.

Had a couple of meetings here and the food never disappoint us.

Even the Sheraton hotel in Krakow was amazing. Staff were fun to talk to, again very friendly.

Recently tried their new summer menu limoncello in partnership with Pococell. Amazing starters risotto and fried crispy salty courgettes to fresh zesty lemon with crunchy biscuit bits for dessert. Everything on the menu was just delicious. Again the staff were all nice and friendly, happy to talk about the menu and the lemons. Met the head chef and the director who came to greet us making sure we were having a good time.

Thank you to all the staff working at the Sheraton. You guys make the place amazing giving us guests the good experience to come back. See you soon.

Art deco hotel, greeted by concierge at the back of the hotel which was odd as the door faced the busy Piccadilly main road. Good location for the bus and tube station. Rooms are a decent size, comfy beds and luxurious bedding. Bathroom is big with walk in shower beside the bath wet room.

Stayed here while visiting London for a few days. The location is very accessible to main points of interest (Buckingham Palace, Oxford/Piccadilly areas). We also thought the rooms were very nice (spacious in size, shower was great, and bed was extremely comfortable).

attention DO NOT accept maestro circuit cards; Bath: Low maintenance does not empty the sink, towel racks that supply, towels counted if you use one as a floor mat remains just that big, shower and bathroom but only in the shower shampoo conditioner but only for one person (room for two) tub and sink 1 soap alone, difficulty in regulating water and room temperature. Comfortable bed. Staff "night" a little untidy. In Italy it would be a three-star hotel

The best place to start a great day in London, was the phrase we chose with our friends after having breakfast at the hotel.
What breakfast quality. Impossible to find any fault, in terms of variety, quality, taste and with an insurmountable attention of Maria, an Argentina that guided us impeccably in the choice of each dish. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Excellent location, fair sized rooms and good in house italian restaurant. Rooms are a little bare in terms of amenities, though the free city roaming phone for the duration of the stay is a nice touch.

Excellent. Beautiful place. Well maintained. Staff friendly & attentive. Afternoon tea was out of this world in both taste & presentation. Harpist played beautifully whilst we dined. 5* experience.

Beautiful hotel, room was lovely but the elevators are terrible. My husband uses a cane and was struggling with going up and down from the room. You have to run back and forth as the two elevators are synchronized. First time complained no manager called went down again 2 days later to complain again when I called for the manger I found her very unfriendly. She was not even going to call me and was going to get the engineer to call me. I feel a manager should call considering my husband has to use a cane and struggles to walk and is not going to run around for the elevators.

On one hand i like this hotel, nice spacious rooms, bath tub, shower, large closet, good breakfast and an amazing location. On the other hand service here is very sloppy. In the morning I have do not disturb sign on the door. Then I take it off and leave, different times every day. The cleaning people come in the morning 1 time and if the do not disturb sign on, even if they in the next room, even if I remind them to please clean our room, they never do. I have to go to the reception and reschedule the service. Today we were gone most of the day, got back after 10 PM to a dirty room. Oh and the green choice, we have to hang those fliers on the door, then keep the vouchers....so complicated, go figure that they don't mark it in their system. We did not figure it our until we specifically asked and realized that we disposed of most of the vouchers. The rain shower head does not turn on, or it's so complicated that we can't figure it out. And to top it off, my Canon camera dissipated from my bag. Don't know how or when or where, could be in the room. Bottom line: it's a nice hotel, but management need to figure out how to fix all the problems. Apparently their system does not work.

A bit hard to judge based on attending a massive function in The Ballroom, but the quality of food served was very good, the beef cooked to perfection. The staff are always friendly, helpful and fast.

Great hotel, ideally located for business, sightseeing, shopping, and culture. Impressive the professionalism and hospitality of the entire crew. Friendly staff, spacious rooms / rooms, suites, very good food. And tradition: I always like to enjoy the tea-time scones with Devon Irish Clotted Cream. My home in London.

Sharaton Grand London is a five star hotel with a difference. It has amazing restaurants where you can enjoy continental breakfast, launch and dinner at good price. It equally has bars for your drink pleasures including cocktail bars. The events ballroom is amazing for weddings and conferences. Excellent customer services. Enjoyed my stay. Nice place to be
