Not good company at all pay very less and having many negative experience regarding salary and training period salary.As discussed with employee over there during interview

Very good place for new learning good enviroment This company has infinite opportunities for its employees. The company aims at providing work friendly environment and helps to learn more for next level.

1st of all I would like to informed you to all body it is fully bpo company. And according to my view don't join here. All staff are so much cheater

The company is good. All the staff and HR team is friendly. Interview process is also average type.

Management is not good because if in case any employee got abscond just because of personal reasons and want to rejoin after approx 1 month then your management department says you are not eligible to rejoin just because of abscond case and not provided the salary also this is very bad and it was happend to me before 1 month in may16.
They offers if you want to rejoin then you have to leave your previous salary and you can join in other process from the begining....This is very disappointed.....

Hi I had been worked there for 2 months my chats have no issues .all seniors as well as managers all are fake they even don't know the. Issues .clients are fake they hararsed me alot after such torture I left company 13 Jan 2020.i have attend offce 13 days and on 15 Feb 2020 igot only 4 days salary. Mr nalin he said he will give 13 days salary but not don't go there

Hello, all the complaint write by ananimos is correct only. iam also previous employee . they are bad managment. payslip they dont give. salary only deduct correctly for all moth for 1 minute late also many times asked payslip they only cheat. not give any reason.

Its a worst company , nobody has to join this company, cogent always cheated to pay salaries. Fake commitments will done in HR . They never cares for employe , cogent always works for his profit.

To be true this company is really worst.
it holds salary of its employees for 15 days that means if u have worked for 1 day of a month and u have completed your month doing work
then u will be paid 15 days after the completion of your work
that'y why employees left this company and there are always vacancies in this company
and now coming to seniors, the seniors are not having much knowledge, they sometime tells wrong answer to a query and at last, associate(agent) have to suffer that he have given wrong information to the customer.
now coming to their login hours policy, a agent will have to stay for 9 hours in a company and he have to be login for 8 hours. he will be having 1 hour for break in which he can go for a break, lunch,etc. Now sometimes, your seniors call you fora feedback and that feedback takes a minimum if around 10 minutes now u have to arrange these 10 minutes with in your 1 hour break. and if your login hours are even 1 second less, then u will be paid half for that day.
now at last on the systems, they are not having sufficient headphones on the floor and if u have came 30 minutes before you shift timing then u are going to get well-working headphones otherwise you have to suffer for the whole day using a one side working headphone.
Other BPO's in Noida are far better than this.
I would have given it a zero or a negative star if possible.

My big brother join this company with salary package Rs19000CTC + 15days training Rs3000
But they terminate my brother on 14th day or training because he fail the test as per company and also don't give any training salary
Again he join and pass the test as per company and after completing one month + 15days of training they doesn't give any salary and terminate again
Asking why not giving salary HR shanoj sir & Manager Amit behave rudely saying you will not get any salary and do whatever you want to do complaint a FIR or whatever nothing will happen to me

Very good BPO company for freshers and more opportunities for promotions in a short duration and all staff is very helpful

The management is not good. There are no fixed working hours. You don't get incentives for extra work. Company looks for excuses just to deduct your salary. To be honest there are no positives of this company.

Really a bad company to work for, they are just fake in everything, nothing is transparent in their system, long working hours as compared to other companies, zomato is the best process there, please dont work here

This is the best place to take experience from here and if you going and interview and then you are selected where you can talk in English also and also and you also talk in Hindi here this video is giving your best salary but here you have to do Soo many work here and if you join here for training for 25 days then he will taking a long time here from you more than 9hrs

It's a call center. Go and give your interview and get the job!!
