The environment of the hotel within the city of Santa Cruz and the musical entertainment is very pleasant, as well as the attention of the waiters, which was very correct .... BUT the food leaves A LOT to be desired, reaching the point of PESIMA, not according to the general quality offered, much less the exorbitant price of the dishes.

On 15.09 we "stranded" here after our flight was canceled. For a whole 2 days almost a whole hotel took care of all 150 inmates from the Boing. Such a large and also unannounced group, so smoothly with 3 meals a day and such a great accommodation to supply, is probably not a matter of course. At this point again a big thank you.
The next vacation we spend safely in an Iberostar hotel. But then we come with regular booking.

We stayed in this special hotel for 4 days. It was a detail that we received before the official time of entry (always if there is room available). The breakfast buffet is spectacular. Dinner a la carte, we had hired half board, great in a relaxed atmosphere and with a staff waiting to make you feel at ease. The room with a good and comfortable bed of 1.70 / 1.80 wide. The exterior spaces of the hotel are very pleasant, with beautiful vegetation and a fantastic pool. The hotel staff lovely, including the girls who inform you and facilitate the tiket to Teide. I also want to praise the island with its impressive volcano. Congratulations for everything and THANK YOU

A piece of hotel. Speechless. I almost could not enjoy it, it was a work trip and I was only there one night. I was lucky to have a Suite because the hotel was full. The unbeatable customer service, the atmosphere in the quiet hotel. Area quite good both in atmosphere and in shops.

There are country category 5 stars. No Germany 5 stars. You can not in the spa area without having booked before and it is 18 per person for 2 hours so you can swim in the indoor pool. Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The location of the hotel and the garden are very good for it.12 per day parking ... but it is better in the parking garage a price for several days off. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is for 15 per person very good, very much Selection and you get a real coffee ... not the normal breakfast plasters you know from Spain. Was very nice

Excellent hotel with beautiful grounds and impressive facilities. All staff are friendly and helpful. Air con in room didn't work but staff were quick to help resolve the issue.

Top hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz with great facilities including spa, gym, Paddel tennis courts. Beautifully set in a colonial style building.

Rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel was renovated in 2011 so everything is fairly modern. The location is a 15-minute walk from the center, but is easily accessible by bus. The service is very good, complaints are followed and taken seriously. The wten is very good. The breakfast is tasty but the same every day. The dinner is very good and regularly alternated. I was pleasantly surprised with a sushi evening! Unfortunately, there is little entertainment in the hotel, which can still be modified.

Excellent Hotel in the center of the city, but precisely you can relax in its pool and Spa that makes you forget that you are in the city, with several top-notch restaurants in which you feel pampered, a success.

Great location. Staff fluent in various languages. I've read other reviews and am surprised. The rooms (junior suite) big, comfortable, WiFi is good. Various restaurants, we only had breakfast and it was excellent. If I go back to Santa Cruz I will stay there again.

Had several nice stays in this hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and spacious. Atmosphere is calm at the hotel, which also includes the pool-area. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice, and freshly made juices and smoothies. Location of hotel is central, however calm and just across the street from a park.

The rooms are cojonudas, with balconcito. They have dispensers of soap, shampoo, cream and conditioner in the bathrooms. Breakfast is buffet style and they have everything. But you can not ask. Chapeau!

A city hotel situated in the north of Tenerife. This part of Tenerife doesn't have the good weather of the south. My room had a balcony overlooking the street with a view of the oil rig. The hotel's public areas have quite a grand feeling. I only ate in one of the restaurants as I stayed half-board and that also was quite formal. My room was fine with large bathroom, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Hotel was clean, corridor carpets looked shabby, gardens were lovely. Staff were friendly and efficient. Fresh fruit at breakfast was good, variety of hot and cold food was ok.Evening meal was a la carte and although one of my party loved the food and the 'experience' I was sick of having the same menu (although with about 8 fish and meat main courses) for 10 nights, I would have preferred self service like breakfast. There was a distinct lack of fresh vegetables at dinner and there was no consistency in the size and the quality of the food. Drinks were expensive. The menu books were very grubby and needed replacing,

The hotel is absolutely stunning and all facilities of a very high standard. The waiting staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Andrea's especially was an absolute gem, always making sure we were happy and even surprised us with a treat meal and experience on our last night! The food was gorgeous and there was always something really nice or different to try. The spa is a wonderful touch, very relaxing, as is the pool area. There is a gym if you fancy something a little more active too.
Had a great few days and would definitely recommend the hotel and it's staff.
