Staffs are friendly and coffee taste different here. A bit surprised that guests and vehicle need to be searched before entering into the gate, but again maybe that's what they do here.

The people in service make all the difference. They do remember my name after being a way for a year. Being an SPG member makes it better as you can access the club lounge and host meetings or work from there. Great views of the city from the rooms. Choose the city viewsl side to avoid the Air con noise on the other side. Great entertainment too through all the nights.

Not a lot of super nice places to stay in Kampala - not why I go - but this is definitely one of the nicer ones and the food in the restaurant is really good!

Excellent Hotel.! The best one to stay in Kampala. Service is excellent. Food at Victoria Restaurant is delicious. Equator Bar and Paradise Restaurants have Live Music at the weekends. The Temptation Bakery has the best and finest cakes. A highly recommended Hotel.! Its also located at the hub of the city. I had a beautiful and pleasant stay. Almost one month i stayed in Sheraton Kampala.
