Nice place but not upto the mark of Sheraton. Slow internet. Over priced.

It's also good to be called a five star hotel coz it has got good accommodations caring waiters en go security services r very tight

Beautiful cool environment with tasty food and juice

Nice hotel... The parking can be tight is there are functions going on. Food and service is great. Live band on some days. Seven Seas Restaurant and Theme Night Dinners are always fantastic.

Architecture of the place is just wow _ not crowd simple and easy with beautiful views of the city. The WiFi is clear and faster. This is a cool romantic place of those in good relationships.

Its a five star hotel located in the heart of Kampala

It's OK. Building is a bit old and during renovation. Food is OK. Water was yellow due to renovation. Garden is lovely, staff are friendly and lovely. Enjoyed it except for the water experience.

Nice scenery.. Good atmosphere in and around it. The only problem is the food at Sheraton is not exactly the best.

Used to be a much better organized hotel than it is now. It seems to me, they are focusing more on creating additional revenue channels than maintaining the quality of service.

Everything about this hotel is good, the cake shop is tempting just like its name suggests.

A four star hotel located alongside Tervan road on with ample parking space, tight security, conference halls, close proximity to shopping centers and with welcoming staff. The rooms are relatively small but offer very beautiful views of Nakasero hill. It can work as a venue for wedding, graduation and birthday parties offering discounted prices on select items.

Sheraton is one of Uganda's high class 5 star hotels. It has very professional services and a very beautiful scenery. It just feels nice being in the compound and even better once you are seating inside..
There fountains and a giant one outside.
