I love this pace but mostly for its gardens. It's a first class hotel you'll not be disappointed to visit. I usually go there to read I the gardens and I've never had a problem. The ambience is good. I would give it five stars if they could improve the outdoor things such as the garden furniture that is broken.

Nice place that feels absolutely like home, it is so welcoming

The gardens are a good spot for parties. And the sharable meals are affordable and tatsy for a function of many . Some times there is band which is amazing

The live band on Fridays and Saturdays makes dinner go down well. Nice place nice gardens and good view.

Five star in every way, very elegant, excellent gym and bar

Beautiful hotel. Very westernized architecture and interior design. Staff is incredibly friendly. Wifi is very fast. The food has been delicious. They also have a pool and several shops inside the lobby. A lot of security on the premises which make for a very safe property. The central location makes travel around Kampala very easy. The rooms have amazing views of the city.

Very nice atmosphere. Quite place in the middle of the town. Very convenient if you need a place to stay while making quick runs to the city. Also secure enough being in close proximity to the State House.

Beautiful serene place, nice food, great customer service, a variety of things to do especially if you're staying over. Their brunches are fiiire. Always nice to be there.
Easily accessible, you can just walk to town or to the many other beautiful places to see

Visited La Terrasse restaurant at Sheraton, the service is absolutely excellent! Food was just alright. Lovely ambiance. Great for meetings, couples, groups and dinners. Might need to carry mosquito repellant though.

Was there Xmas brunch. Food was amazing, the Fezah band was a great compliment, kids activities offered that much needed relief ewuuuuuuuu, the server Shardick was soooooo helpful not just us but almost everyone else......cheers Shardick and all staff at the Seven Seas and Paradise restaurant.

You wanna sleep in the middle of Kampala overlooking the entire City, Sheraton Gardens is the place to choose

Beautiful five star hotel that you can enjoy however a guest having access is not easy for a room card is needed so rhat the the elevator can function to the room, which is quite great for security purposes. Breakfast and the live band also contributed to making my night memorable.

Over priced for the location and quality. They really need to step up there breakfast and get better lobby attendants if they want to call themselves a 5 star hotel. You never see staff greet cars and most people carry their own luggage inside. I got an upgraded room, so I can't complain about the in room amenities but, as an American, I'll say the beds are unreasonably hard and that the Serena's are much nicer with a better selection of soft pillows.

Breakfast is fairly good, but again nothing amazing for the price. I'm very let down by the lounge, which is just too small with only a few things for a couple hours a day. Even at an extra $10 a day, it's overpriced - save your money.
