I have not even stayed there yet but am frustrated...

I have not even stayed there yet but am frustrated. Arriving late tonight and called the hotel to book a hotel car. They hold on for about five minutes while they check that the car was available and then the phone was disconnected (hung up??).

I have been trying to call back at least seven times over the last one hour and no one even picks up the phone.

How can you run a 5-star hotel and not even answer the phone!!??? Horrible.
Might cancel my reservation through global reservations and let them know that just Sheraton doesn't pick up their phones...

Beyond frustrated wasting my time
