This hotel is located some 15 minutes drive from the hotel. There is shuttle bus for hotel guests to take them to the city centre. When I checked in, it was crowded at the lift area as one of the lift was not working. I saw the general manager himself helping guests and asking his staff to assist with the guest luggage. He seems to be a hands on manager with guest focus. Kudos to him. There are some improvements that can be done on the breakfast buffet front. Please do not keep fried potatoes or deep fried dishes covered inside a Chaffing dish. It completely becomes soggy and a waste of effort. Please keep under hearing lights or alto sham. Just a suggestion. This is a good hotel and staff seems to be great. Keep up
