The room and front staff (Claudia and Marco) were simply amazing. The food was remarkble and 5 star quality. The waiters were very cordial and attentative especially Andrew and both Lorenzo. Their shuttle service to the city center which is near the Colosseum was a charge of only 5 Euros while a taxi would run about 40-45 Euros. The hotel shuttle service will drop you off and pick you up at the same place at specific times.
