Horrible customer service once a problem occurs and you're not standing directly in their faces. Some of my items were stolen and removed from my room and left at the front desk all day for anyone to steal. Reservation was cancelled by the hotel but they played the blame game and never accepted responsibility. Being an spg member means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I will never stay at this or any starwood hotel ever again for that matter because of how I am being treated in the matter of trying to resolve my issue from almost three weeks ago!!! I don't want to give any stars but you have to check at least one to post this review. TERRIBLE
