Staff was lovely, room was good (fridge but no microwave). Pool was heated and large enough, but there were bubbles/soft spots in the pool liner that were disconcerting, and the waterline needed scrubbing.

Clean and simple, close to campus, but quite outdated. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Conference/meeting room was not great: uncomfortable chairs, projection screen waaaaay too small, not OK for an all day meeting.

The Days Inn is within walking distance of University Park and makes for a great place to stay if you want to explore campus or just hangout in downtown State College. The rooms were nice, clean, and cool.

Five Star Service & Accommodations! My friend, a Penn State Alum, raved about how this hotel was hotel of the year. Indeed, it lived up to all of our expectations. The hotel staff was helpful and kind and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is superb. The best part, I left my pillow there and they mailed it home to me immediately. I highly this hotel!

Great location in the center of State College Downtown. Service is excellent. The front desk went above and beyond. I visited Penn State with my sons for thanksgiving. I bought a ore-cooked family dinner and the staff provided room to store the food in the employee refrigerator. I thought that was extremely kind and generous. They really care about their guests.

Our stay was better than expected. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well as the pillows. The room was clean and I could not hear noise from other rooms which was a plus. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Complimentary coffee tea and water available anytime. Swimming pool area locked nice although I did not have a chance to use it. Perfect location for visiting Penn State

Perfect location in heart of downtown. Staff are incredibly friendly. Rooms and hotel are clean. Beautiful lobby replicates walking down a cozy street. Pet friendly hotel (we bring our dog and the staff is always kind to him!) that doesn't take anything away from the rest of the hotel. Highly recommended if you can book here to do so. Football weekends try and reserve a year in advance.

With its weird atrium and big pool, this place must have been the lap of luxury back in 1988. Joking aside, ownership these days have done a nice job with this place. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the front desk staff was very kind. Very good location in downtown State College, and they offer ample parking. Has a restaurant/bar attached, did not get to eat there personally. Prices were very reasonable for the location.

I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn State College while working I'm town. The location is in downtown and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean and quiet. Room was large and included a fridge. Complimentary Wi-Fi was great, was even able to connect my Xbox One and play with my friends without issue.

The only two minor complaints I could make was that my room did not have a microwave whereas my co-workers did and there is no free breakfast.

We were moved from another hotel were the pipes broke. They had a room immediately for us. Customer service was excellent. Have tea and coffee 24/7. The indoor pool is wonderful. Very helpful to direct us around town. Very clean and very friendly.

Nice place for a short stay in State College. Rooms are comfy and clean, people working the are welcoming and helpful. Wonderful hall. Not too quiet, but not too noisy either. Only negative side: sometimes a bit of smell in the room coming from the Mex restaurant right outside the hotel
