It is an amazing place. The food there is mouth watering, everything about that place is brilliant. Must visit

Company organized event. Ball room was good. Food did not met the expectations.

Been pretty often to this prop. Over the years their service has been dwindling. I must agree though , the pink customer traffic they enjoy owing to the location( inside the WTC campus). Today we had our company meeting at their Jupiter hall. First, they could not suppprt us with a quick need for accessories, later there was a stench of gasoline exhaust, that seemed to be from their generators. We raised the concern and was promptly ignored with smiles and gestures. Went to their restaurant for the lunch. Trust me, there was close to no service in the restaurant. There were three to four boys running around but not able to meet the demand. I waited for 20min and 2 reminders to get rotisw on my table but it just did not happen. When we returned to the banquet hall, we could not tolerate the smell of the gasoline exhaust. Raised the subject again and the response was will check , will speak ...... the situation was bad enough that their own staff could not stand there for long but expected the 15 of us to sustain the exhaust gases. Soon, 2 of our colleagues developed headache and nausea. I too had signs of headache. Served an ultimatum to the Sheraton team that we will pack up if situation was not handled. After raising the voice and much coaxing, they agreed to give us another room, smaller and not convenient but definitely not with health hazard. Point to be noted is that the staff felt no reason or concern for 15 humans inhaling carbon monoxide and fuel exhaust . It took threat of a walkout , complaint to pollution control board for them to wake up. The funniest part is, their staff wanted to buy me out at the end of this horrendous experience by offering me a beer. I have invited the entire Sheraton team for 10 drinks on the house. Pitiable situation.

Check your bills carefully please. Any refunds from the initial deposit are very late to get refunded. Even if you are careful and ask for the balance to be refunded, you are given a lot of excuses.....

Zero ethics when it comes to buffet veg and non veg all kept together

We went to Dandiya night in Sheraton. First of all the Dandiya sticks they gave broke on the first attempt of doing the Dandiya. When I went and asked for a replacement they asked me for RS.100 extra. Also the music and dance were not at all related to Dandiya. The hall was pretty hot and they did not even provide water. Hopefully they would improve in the coming years. But I wouldn't waste my time here.

Good place for family outing, next to Orion mall & WTC makes it a good place for business travellers to central bangalore.

It is amazing!! The room was spacious and had 2 large beds. The food is super expensive but it is a 5 star hotel! The taste is excellent. Most star hotels numb the flavours of the dishes to suit international visitors but here that was not the case. The breakfast spread was awesome and huge!!! Courteous staff, in a complex with a mall, hospital and nearby a lot of temples.

Good ambience. The exhibition room was kinda noisy and the noise from other rooms was bleeding into other rooms. That's the only drawback.

Very large choices of food in the buffet style restaurant (both Western and Indian tastes catered for). Rooms are spacious and comfortable with international plug sockets, USB charging, baths and showers. Bottled water provided for free, of course. Good location close to shops, etc.

Bad food. The taste was as if the food material is spoiled. This was applicable to multiple dishes. Even valet parking takes a very long time. Had to wait 20-25 minutes for car.

I will describe only the negative points. As the rest are as expected from a five star hotel. There is a bad odor coming in the shower. The same in the cafeteria of fourth floor. Room decoration is very dark for my style. Finally, a colleague of me traveling together got bitten by a bed bug. You can do better, Sheraton

Mehendi ceremony at Grand ball room was a delightful experience. Excellent Valet parking, friendly staff, calm atmosphere and great food everything you expect from Sheraton.

Lot of variety. But the meat was not fresh. Had a bad experience.

Been to Persian restaurant on floor 4. Pretty good Italian meals.

Ambience is awesome. Food quality was fine morever alcohol having more varites but they should increase quantity & more menu for starters...

Deteriorated from what it used to be. Was one of the best places to stay and dine in Bangalore a while back. There seems to be some lacuna post it s take over. Disinterested and non courteous staff. Stale and cold food. This was my latest experience there .

Nothing much to explore it's typical hotel that's it.

Best part about this Sheraton is location, its excellent, hotel ambience is very good and buffet is excellent as well, had been there for dinne, very courteous staff. would recommend to anyone
