Sheraton Bangalore at brigade gateway Review

One of the good hotels I visited, extremely cooperative staff, food was excellent.

Superb hotel. Highly recommended if staying in banglore.

Worst food ever in a Sheraton hotel...we went for dining on 31st December with great expections but we were really disappointed by the food quality and variety on buffet dinner...the non-veg starters were served cold and were stinking and stale. Is this the quality u serve to people in the name of 5 star hotel?

Good food, not sure about the quality of the room. Clean and ok. I usually expect more when my room rate is $260 a night.

A rich tall place. Went to the Indian restaurant to have dinner. Their saffron cocktail was not good. Biriyani is good. But please make the food tangy and not spicy. We are South Indians and we like it like that.

Nice ambiences and good gesture and postures by personnel's. Perfect for having mid-size conferences and family functions. Good food too, also clean n tidy.

Very large and multiple seminar halls for the professionals. food is awesome. Exterior looks fantastic :) .

Wonderful experience as an American visiting India. Breakfast buffet is the best - try the Dosa. Highly recommend Shine, the in house spa. Only challenge is WiFi - it drops from place to place. Be sure to check out the pool!

Been here to attend a family function. Great place. Vallet parking. Beautiful surroundings and calm place. The hotel feels well maintained with peaceful environment. Would love to visit again.

Very nice hotel in a gated community. Great exotic restaurants inside this hotel. Nice club lounge that was not crowded at all.

Very good place for starters and starters are so good that u don't feel like going for main course.

I stayed here for a night in a standard room with a pool view. Sheraton has a very courteous staff and was able to get me a early check in which I really appreciated as I came in from a red eye flight. I did not try any of their restaurants however I did have a quick breakfasts while checking out which I feel was good but not at the level of ITC or a Taj . Overall the experience was good , very good location ,nice staff and a good bed :)

The ambience of the hotel is very welcoming and the staff extremely courteous and professional. The team at the coffee shop is one of the best trained that I have come across hotels

Not enough options for Vegetarians although it's a buffet and they charge over 2k pp.

Good food and desert but non veg is more than veg food. It needs more veg food

Everything about this place is marvellous and well crafted. Right from their rooms to the cafes and restaurants at the property to the Banquets. The property is impeccably well maintained and completely mod in class.

Feast - The biggest of the restaurants at the property is one of my all time fave buffet place across the country. The spread and the diversity of it holds up to excellence. The Persian Terrace is equally good for a late evening affair as well.

The property is right next to one of the popular malls of the city and the location is absolutely amidst the heart of the town.

Very good location.. Near iskcon yashwantpur and Railway station with one of the nice mall on arm's length distance. Had tried buffet and it was OK not great comparing the price they charged. Ambience is nice. Staff is courteous. Lifts are slightly older style and lack of proper signage... You need to take help of their staff for reaching the desired place within the hotel. Overall nice experience.

I visited the Sheraton Grand last year. It was our Google Play App Excellence Summit. The day with Googlers at Sheraton was amazing.

The food served is excellent. The ambiance is too good. Really enjoyed the dinner at Persian Terrace beside the fire..The staff was very hospitable and polite. Special thanks to Amit who a great care .

I dined at the Persian Terrace restaurant and enjoyed it thoroughly. The restaurant is located on an open rooftop with romantic ambience, perfect getaway after a hot summer day.
The cuisine is refreshing and the food is well presented.
I had the calamari starter with White Wine, chicken stew and the date pie with ice-cream.
My waiter had trouble recommending some of the items from the bar menu, but I managed going with my experience.
Overall it was a good experience for a romantic dinner with my wife.

Celebrity chef Anthony takes care of the great buffet spread at Feast. The coffee shop has amazing dinner spread. It covers all cuisines. Enjoyed my iftar meal.

Be very careful of what you want here, esp if you are a vegetarian

They can give you a beef burger and be unapologetic about it

As due to a little more crowd staff was not able to handle our service well, not satisfied with their service.

Average food with average service. Visited Sheraton grand bangalore for a send off party to our boss. Ambattur was excellent. But dissappointed with both the food as well as service.

I ve stayed at this hotel many times and every time the staff impressives me even more than the last, just when I think they can t top themselves! The location is fantastic, with WTC and Orion Mall next to it. You can also walk to ISCON temple, or quickly catch an Uber and get to UB City, MG Road, and many more. The hotel itself is comfortable and beautiful, but most importantly the staff is very kind, detail oriented and has provided some of the best service I ve ever experienced. Raj Bhakti and her team there truly delight with their service.

* The stuff is very friendly and helpful everywhere and the way they are providing any service with a beautiful smile and a kind soul is amazing.

* I lost my shades at the GYM and they helped me find it at the spot nothing gets lost in the hotel (It's very SAFE).

* The breakfast open buffet was so delicious and the stuff were so helpful and welcoming.

* My friend got a slight scratches by mistake while playing and the GYM coach helped him and provided the necessary treatment with a smile.

* I'm definitely very happy about the time I had here and definitely looking forward to visit it again.
