Sheraton Bangalore at brigade gateway Review

Went for buffet. I am rating it low due to the following: Poor food taste, indifferent service, absence of high quality ingredients, oily food, cutlery and water not replenished in a timely fashion, plates not cleared from the table in time, and over worked staff.

New year party n stay...organizing n food was not at all gud it's not like a 5star hotel stay..... very very disappointing

Have been to the ball room and had lunch and dinner buffet.. Which is mind blowing

Sheraton... another name of luxury... witnesses great hospitality and comfort.

Yeah its good ,one of the best in the Bangalore with best hostile facilities and the staff was very polite and professional

The place is amazing. The staff is very warm and welcoming... I was there to attend a convention. The auditorium the ball room and the small conference rooms are perfect for such official conferences. And the food they serve is just delicious. Don't forget to try the multiple dessert opions ....

5 Star hotel in Bangalore at Centre of the city. Eacy to approach any where

Love the terrace in this property. That has Bene and Persian Terrace. Italian is good, but Persian depends on taste and preference. They have a all day restaurant Feast on ground floor that has buffets. Nice spacious setup, good buffet. There s a huge list of North Indian, South Indian, European, Asian dishes as well as counters for Live ice cream, pizzas and more. The pricing is on the higher side, but a nice hotel. Good service.

Really bad manners of restaurant staffs. They think charging 200/- for a 1 litre kinley bottle will make them the king in the hotel business. We went to the Persian Terrace. Food quality was good but quantity was much less. Go at your own risk.

It was an awesome experience at Sheraton grand. The hospitality demonstrated by every single staff with whom we interacted from Satnam to Clara to Saleh excelled in every step to assists to customer delight. We would love to have many family Stay in Sheraton. And once again thank you to Sheraton Hotel.

I just Love this hotel.. Incredible food... service and rooms.. my only complaint is a 3pm check in and 12pm checkout.. my wife is coming to stay there in a week and she has to wait around many hours...

I was here to attend DroidJam 2018. The ambience of the conference hall was very pleasant and it has a screen. The lunch was good with great desserts. There was a very good arrangement for water.

Ambience is very good and has a very big Hall for function, food is too good. Adjacent you have Orion mall and the place is well connected by Metro and other public transport.

You can't go wrong with this place, perfect for business meetings and client hospitality.

Weekly once we have business meetings there. If we have breakfast there at 10:00AM, we will not be hungry till 6PM. Many people who attended our meetings had the same opinion. Have requested them to check the quality. Ambiance, service and everything else is fine.

Rooms are okay, breakfast buffet is pretty standard. Value for money!!!

This is a classy place indeed. Not sure about the rooms and facilities as I've been for an official session visit but lovely place and food was yummy.

We hosted a a social event there and the process was very smooth. The ballroom looks majestic and has ample space for all requirements. The food tastes great and the chef is talented and friendly and gives personal attention.

Cozy and precise in detail. Courtesy and availability of personnel without exceptions. A great experience.

Toilets don't have water gun facility to wash the bumbs. Hoteliers should know that this is India and varied people stay, this is basic necessity, hotels should have options and star hotels must have. Rest other is just for show.

Had dinner buffet, quality is top notch, they serve only 2 non veg starters, it would be good if they serve more.

The buffet spread over here is really good. It might feel over priced but it's actually worth it. You can order anything over and above the spread and it would be included in the price. The desserts are the best and the staff is friendly

Good for non vegetarians. Only few varieties Vegetarians.

Ambience wise the place is good as expected considering it's a star hotel however the Sunday brunch was so so.. definitely not worth the money for teetotalers, on the other hand people who drink can have a good time and enjoy the nice varieties of cocktails offered as part of the brunch.

Came here for a conference, also stayed as a guest overnight. While the place is immaculate, and not lacking anything, the true standout at the hotel is the staff. Very friendly and attentive, can not commend the level of service enough.

Classy ambience, kids friendly atmosphere. They should add little more of Indian cuisine for their Sunday brunch
