The worst pizza that I have ever had in my Life was served at the However the Overall experience at the hotel was excellent!!!

Beautiful location just 50 mins from airport next to orion mall, 5 Mins from iskcon temple. Luxury hotel, good food, courteous staff. Lounge is added advantage.

Extremely nice rooms that are spacious and modern. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food.

We actually attended for the conference here. Facilities and arrangments are good. Being a big star hotel, hotel staff doesn't guide and co-ordinate with customers properly

Great place, was here for a work event, the place looks amazing inside out. Located next to the Orion mall, so you can have some fun shopping too.

It is a five star hotel, you will get spa, fitness center and also a 7-8 restaurants in it. Ground floor you will find the Feast restaurants and 4th floor you will find the Bene restaurant and it is a Italian restaurant along with the Persian restaurant. Very good to hangout in weekends

Visited this place on occasion of my wedding anniversary. They have multiple restaurants and cater different cuisines. We visited Persian Terrace section, the place has option of dining on open terrace or a closed dining. The staff are very courteous and always there to serve you, food ordered was mixed non veg platter. The platter had different varieties if cooked lamb, chicken and sea food. The dish was perfectly cooked and had the perfect blend of flavors.

We enjoyed the time, felt comfortable spending our memorable moments there.

Top class service right from checking in to departure - very efficient front desk and housekeeping. The room was very clean, the bathroom was hygienically spotless with full daily requirements. The morning complimentary breakfast was indeed lavish and sumptuous - right from delectable south indian to the continental and beyond. And with attentive service.

They could have atleast served JD or any good brands. They din good variety in vodka and scotch as well.

Since it's a 5 star hotel,the expectation for drinks was really high. But was disappointed.

Will never prefer Sheraton for parties again.

HOW TO KILL A BRAND !!
Visit The Feast at Sheraton Grand for a buffet!.
Roadside dhabaas have better service and food. Food that is pathetic, tables not cleared, flies in the restaurant, extremely poor service, chefs that do not know what is served in their restaurant, deadbeat atmosphere, unclean uniforms, unclean carpets ....you name it they got it. For God's sake, they cant even keep clean plates or cutlery that don't smell.
Horrible, pathetic, and hopefully on their way to a quick closure !!
Sheraton by Brigade is a recipe for disaster !

Beautiful decor, lavish and rich arrangements. However food wasn't so great.

Majestic palace for grand functions. Liked the food, ambience and hospitality. Need good projectors in the presentation rooms. Viewing through TV screen is not visible to last benchers.

Excellent hotel. Great for conference. Restaurants are really good. The spread is nice. The food is tasty. Great location.

Stayed for a few nights, excellent staff and phenomenal service. Unfortunately I was sick for two days and the hotel staff went to the pharmacy to receive medication for me. This goes to show how much the hotel/staff care about their guests and how far they're willing to go in order to help! The restaurants within the hotel are absolutely amazing. The hotel was also very clean.
