Concern with hospitality regarding vehicles parking assistance

Good ambiance nice courteous staff a place to come again

Too slow a service. The food was extremely cold. Dishes were quite bland. The biggest disappointments were the mutton biryani... In the first place, the label read mutton biryani, but on eating the same, realised it was Chicken Biryani. The chef said that he would get fresh mutton biryani... This was a bigger disappointment, as the rice was not Basmathi, the masala was not mixed well and was too spicy, and tasted odd, and the mutton was overcooked and tasted very stale. The chicken tandoori and live counters were also average. The salad bars were good. The dessert counter was also good with a range of items. On the whole, a disappointment for a 5 star hotel, that too overrated on the net. Traveling all the way from Bannerghatta Road to Dr Rajkumar Road! I would recommend a different place for the buffet!

Truly Sheraton Grand. Situated in one of the less crowded places of Bangalore and is right next to the world trade centre and Orion mall.
It is one of the best 5 Star Hotels in Bangalore.

I am quite in love with this hotel. I did really enjoy my stay there many times and there are malls and coffee shops right in front of it.

A nice place but more friendly for a business traveler. The inhouse restaurants are good. Owing to the proximity to Orion Mall, which houses a host of restaurants, getting your specific cuisine is not an issue at all. The ambience around the whole place makes this hotel stand out. Iskcon Temple is just a few meters away. Bangalore Metro rail is also in a walkable distance. Orion also has pvr cinemas. So it's a one stop place in case you dont have many plans you have enough to see here or just laze around the huge man made lake.

Ambience is good. Although items in the buffet numerous, taste was below average.

Visited here for an Amazon Conference. Extremely good ambience, and it's located in the same compound with World Trade Centre and Orion Mall.

Glasses and flatware were still dirty and needed to be sent back. The service, although nice and friendly was quite slow and required multiple reminders on the drinks that were ordered.

The fountain and the flower shop! Went to meet my friends for some social gathering and was worth it. Didn't book a room but almost felt like booking with those grandiose architecture. Loved it!

The valet was more keen in servicing your posh customer. Teach them how to treat humans.

Nothing like the food from Sheraton if you need a good hotel experience. Luxury is classic.

I had been to Sheraton feast for a lunch date. This is an amazing place for the nonvegans. Very less options for the vegans which makes vegans unsatisfied.
The Ambience is amazing, u get a wow feeling when u enter it but vegans wont get that wow with stomach.

I would like to suggest this place mostly for nonvegans who are looking to go on a date or some event to make your day special.

Wonderful ambience, perfect for a night out with a loved one. Drinks are standard, but just right.

We had a wonderful time for breakfast at Feast Cafe. The staff was too courteous, food was amazing. We had all sorts of food right from Japanese set plate to Asian food and also tried Chinese and the various platters of multi cuisine layout in the food table. It was a day made and it's a best buffet among other equally renowned hotels and restaurants.

Very nice hotel and ideal for business trips. The rooms are clean, big and very well equipped. The Wi-Fi is OK. The staff is very friendly and nothing to be desired. The restaurants are great and the food is delicious. There's also a pool and a fitness and spa area. I can only recommend the hotel! Gladly again.

A wide breakfast spread with varieties from English to South Indian, 'spoilt for choice' dishes is a must try atleast once, preferably on a Sunday. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu available, but one will enjoy with the latter option. If one is a 5-course or 7-Course Meal lover, then this breakfast spread is highly recommended. Fine taste, warm hospitality and attention to detail is ensured at Feast! Worth for 4 members and upwards (or for someone who has a large appetite). Slightly higher side on the pricing, but worth once in a while.

Good Conference & banquet facilities. Can accommodate large crowds. Well connected by road & metro. Food spread is good.

Food is ok. Meeting Auditorium is ok. Reception is fine. Two wheeler parking is two lifts, 130 M, three floors, seven minutes away. And the exit is not the same as entry point, leading new comers into Discovery mode! Elevator controls not clearly visible, need a mobile lamp or guessing and counting unless a co-passenger is familiar. Coffee and tea was served with sugar!

Amazing ambience ! Perfect for kitty parties, office parties. Food over here is treat to all your senses !

"Feast" is the coffee shop and during lunch and dinner hours, they serve one of the best "All you can eat buffet".. Excellent spread of Veg and Non Veg dishes...
