It was an amazing stay here. Loved the pizza from Persian terrace. Morning breakfast buffet was really good with good options.

A cool building doesn't make a great place to stay.. It's the people that do.. First stay had glass shards by the pool, and the second was a shock to find expired food in the club lounge...

I felt the food quality is pathetic; especially food made out of wheat flour. It is observed that, whenever breakfast served at 2nd floor is taken by 9:30am, you will not feel hungry even by 5 or 6pm. Many of my business associates had the same issue and several feedbacks were given to the management & chef; however issue still persist. Hope they find a solution to this issue as early as possible.

Many of my guests consider this hotel as *the* place to stay in Bangalore. Common areas are spacious, good made-to-order breakfasts covering a range of cuisines, proximity to nearby shopping, attractions and restaurants are all pluses in my book. While I haven't stayed at this particular Sheraton, I do like the 'template' they follow around the world.

Sheraton Grand at Brigade Gateway is one of the top Luxury hotels of Bangalore. Being a resident of Bangalore, I have had no opportunity to stay in their Lux Rooms. I have attended several parties and events and dined there. It has always been an enjoyable experience.

Food is worst. Ambiance is worst. Cost is high... We had very bad experience in food

This is not a Sheraton! Its short of being a Westin or better brand in the SPG group. Simply amazing experience. Good food options, quite stays. Exceptionally helpful staff. Have this property pick you up from the airport & take you around the city. They really do a good job at the overall experience.

I enquired about the baby swimming pool, the person replied it's chargeable. I asked about the cost, he says " 1200 + tax for whole day"
I mean, how much time do you expect the baby to be in the water? The whole day? And 1200 to use the swimming pool? Wow. I am amazed. Thank you for your service, I think of not eating at your restaurants anymore !

Booked it for celebrating Anniversary for my close ones, called them n times to ask if they can arrange anything. Each time they said they will get back but no one did. Even though I said I'm ready to pay for any extra celebration package if they can offer any. Infact, they did not even arrange the complimentary cake they said they generally offer for celebration. Very disappointed.
