This hotel, which was once a Sheraton, is in a strategic location and close to the Soekarno-Hatta airport

It used to be a Sheraton, now it's a HOTEL AIRPORT.

good location next to the airport but a very old setup and need complete renovation. Room AC was a nightmare, very noisy but not efficient. room smell humidity. should not be promoted as 5 stars hotel. can't talk about service as it was a short stay of 12 hours(18:00 till 06:00)

Best umroh executive lounge and nearest to terminal airport CGK

An excellent place to spend your time just before heading to the airport. Nice food. Staff are also nice and helpful. Only the thing I noticed when I visited there last time in Feb 2019 was that some major construction work was underway, which was rather disturbing when we were about to enter the road that goes to the hotel.

Old, moldy, smelly and very dirty, bad customer service, it's transit hotel and not worth a penny... Option: FM7 hotel or Swiss Bell much more better.

The hotel is old but still comfortable, natural, the swimming pool is quite clean ... a lakeside gasebo ...
Breakfast is also complete complete.

Close to the airport, easy to reach, but far away from the city center, especially in traffic hours, the rooms are large, but the rooms are large but slightly old, lizards are javelin pool, but the mosquitoes are not sitting

I never want to go back there....
I had to change room for three times. Reasons are; Mould smell air from air con, cockroach on the wall, wet floor due to condensation,,,, I had a enough.

Its quiet and secluded. Breakfast buffet selection are great. Not a fan of the layout but I like the location that is in close proximity to the airport

Near the airport, the food for breakfast is delicious ...

Old but gold hotel. Not the typical modern tall hotel building you see everyday, it's more like a villa type, get ready to walk a lot if you got a far room. It's spacious with garden and pool inside. They have rooms with terrace and with garden or pool view, it's relaxing
But beware of insects, especially garden mosquitoes, they provided repellent tho
Recommended for those who seek for different ambience far from the big city
They also provided shuttle bus from hotel to airport every 30 minutes. Pool is 24 hours open, gym up to 23.00 and pool bar up to midnight

Very close location with the airport. The food is not too good.

This hotel doesn t know what customer service is. I paid four hrs because they said that s as long as you can stay. After four hrs I showed them they had an advertised daily rate online. I asked them to charge the daily rate instead. They said they can t do it. I left. And went to another hotel down the street.

Rooms nice hotel is nice but the drinks and food a little expensive

Large, comfortable, clean outdoor areas should be noted

- Parkiran Jauh dari lobby dan jalannya 1 arah. Jadi klo mau ke lobby, mutarnya Jauh, harus kearah Bandara lagi
- Sarapan nya sangat terbatas Menu2 nya, tidak ada Roti2an
- Lokasi Hotel jauh dari mana2, jadi agak susah klo mau nyari Jajanan/minuman di Warung sekitar Hotel

Kamarnya Luas, Toiletnya lega
Suasana Hotelnya tenang dan rindang sambil menghadap ke Danau

A place to stay with an atmosphere far from the bustle of city life

It's good to avoid traffic jams for those who transit briefly in Jakarta and there are early flights in the morning

It was formerly Sheraton hotel... The bedding linen and upholstery are great. And it's just perfect for transit hotel ... very close to the airport . Don't miss the SPA treatment over here... awesome

A strategic, convenient, safe place for 24-hour International Domestic service

Expensive but room condition poor. Request non-smoking room but the room smeeling make me headache. Never think to return here again
