A few times I ve called now to order things after your videos and your already sold out! I watched your video this morning on coats and called before you opened and again your all sold out...this is becoming so disappointing. You need to order more and as a small business owner I know it s hard but now as a use to be customer I m tired of being disappointed.
All the clothing is beautiful ... But unaffortable on my meager income.

Was turned away very rudely by the manager who told me to go somewhere else to shop due to COVID. Its end of June 2020 and stores are open including malls and I get treated like this? Awful! Tried to tell the manager that I WON'T BE RETURNING and was told they get enough orders online that they did not need me to return. Unbelievable!! If I could give this a "0" I would. :(

Today I had an appointment with Kirsten to shop in person and try clothes on. It was a wonderful experience - Kirsten was so pleasant and helpful! She was also very honest about what didn t suit me which was refreshing. In fact at one point, she told me I m not letting you buy those jeans! I hope to do this again. Thank you so much Kirsten.

Exceptional service, very nice merchandise. Anne and her coworkers treated us very well (including my young daughter). Their service is incredibly attentive and friendly . I highly recommend this store.

I love the fashion but had a very negative experience. I was trying on some items and hung my top up on the hook within the change room. The hook had a piece of metal sticking out in back that left a pull in the fabric of my top. When I brought this to the attention of staff, they advised that they would take $10.00 off my next purchase. Wow, for ruining my top? Very disappointed! Now the staff did go into the change room and confirmed my story......
Fabulous store with great product. The staff are super friendly. Only negatives is that it's a high end store with a high end price...which is hardly a TRUE negative. You get what you pay for at Shepherd's...more so than at other stores with similar product.

I don't usually write reviews but after the amazing experiences I have had with Shepherd's Fashions I decided that I should! The customer service has been amazing! I discovered them during the Covid shutdown and the videos are so entertaining! I plan my Friday around Fashion Friday videos.
When there was an error in my order Stephanie went over and above to correct it and ensure I felt like a valued customer! Keep up the great videos and work ladies! I hope to one day come to Ottawa to visit the store in person.
Shepherd's is my favourite store! The designer fashions, the shoes and even the fixtures are for sale, but that's not the best part - the sales associates are incredible. Not only do they know their product but everyone is trained on what styles suit your body shape best, and how to put a complete outfit together. It's a pleasure to shop in the wide open space and you never feel pressured to purchase.

I was not at all impressed with the service at Shepherd s. My sister, mother and I went to Shepherd s in Trainyards to help my mom look for a dress for my wedding. My mother was instantly helped by Heather. My sister and I waited by the changeroom while my mother tried on a few dresses. My mother came out with a dress on and my sister exclaimed that it looked really great and made her look young. Heather looked at us and stated she is young and rolled her eyes at us. My mother went back into the change room and Heather continued to laugh at us and shook her head for making the comment that my mother looked young. As my mother continued to try on dresses we would share our opinions with her. It seemed that any time we told my mother that a dress looked great (even if my mom wasn t too sure about it), Heather seemed to disagree. When my mom asked my sister to help her unzip the dress, Heather stated well that s my job .
While my mother did still go home with a dress that looked stunning on her; Heather was very rude and disrespectful toward my sister and I. I personally will never shop there and I can only hope that Heather does not continue to be inconsiderate to other people she helps when there.
The staff is so much fun! The varied selection of clothing is wonderful. It is nice to be "middle aged" and still find young yet age appropriate clothing.
I was looking for a shirt yet found a great hot pink rain coat that is actually rain proof. Of course I found a shirt as well. Lol.
