Previously bought a custom indoor for a falcon sprint and it was awesome. Fitted perfectly.

Recently bout Noah cover for my focus rs. Awesome general purpose cover. Fits really nice. At the same time bought a windshield for my focus rs Again fits awesome.. product looks great quality. Looks awesome from outside.

Day was warm and seemed to block out heat looking forward to see what its like in summer..

Sales guy who took my order happened to be the person i met when i picked it up. Awesome.guy, knew his stuff. Wasnt pushy, listened to what i was after made a recommendation so i bought... explained everything really well when i picked it up on how to use it, clean it etc..

Highly recommend.. will be buying more for other car.

bought two car covers one black one grey supposed to be ants pants in covers the black one faded within a year even sent them photos not even a reply wouldnt recommend them sorry

My wife bought me a Weathershield HP cover for my car, what a treat! The cover is excellent; perfect fit for my car, easy to put on / take off, and great quality. The service from the team was great too; I was pretty fussy with getting exactly the right cover and the team spent plenty of time with us working out which one was best. Highly recommended.

The website vehicle listing does cater to Australian made Fords.

Avoid, unless you want to take Covercraft to a consumer tribunal and then have the sheriff enforce a legally binding refund plus costs (Covercraft didn't even follow the Tribunial's orders). That's what I went through. Worst experience - ever!

Wanting to say a very big thanks as these guys went above and beyond and custom made a cover for a M3 fitted within a couple of days and sent to brisbane with 4 days and it fits perfect. Highly recommend. Cheers Guys

Customers service Jarrod & Alex from Covercraft Rouse Hill were so rude with handling the warranty part, the products advertisement of the video was misleading and when I explained to them that I made a wrong purchase with the order a day after receiving. They ignored my reason by being rude and I took the matter further to fair trading which they also weren t helpful, it s a 30 day money back and 3 year warranty. Written in there booklet. Instead I went to there competitors to get there opinion and they said that you should return with your receipt. I emailed Covercraft and they said that car detailers and Car Auto shop is like going to a Kmart store with no experience about car covers. I realise there s no case with childish staff. I kept the product and after today managed to sell the product online. This review is just for future customers who are stuck without a guaranteed warranty, please stay away from purchasing from these guys. I understand if you make a wrong purchase but it s the after sales that matters to every customer.

DON'T even consider this business unless you want to wait weeks for delivery, bad communications in that emails go unanswered and phones are switched to messages saying they don't open until 8AM when it's late morning! How a business with ZERO customer service has survived this long is beyond me.

Sorry to see them go but difficult to imagine a business with poorer customer service. Phoned many times mid week around mid day and still get a message telling me their opening hours!

Response to emails was just impossible!
