Degoutant! Being barked before you even become a customer! And yes mss I have looked at that your website states that you supply GREEN energy, but that does not give your contact person (Pieter) the right to make a barking comment about this! I looked again and I don't see anything ... No transfer for us, and now that I read other reviews here I am happy about that. Customer friendliness is worth more to me than a lower energy bill! Good luck in the future with this type of customer service!

It's a shame we couldn't put a half star. Even that is too much. Normally connect on October 1 and get someone on the line on October 5 to cut off your electricity. That's because they allegedly asked for an advance and we would have refused. While we have not received any of this at all. A supplier of nothing. That way, everyone can become a supplier.

And even claim that they acted correctly? Hahaha, don't make me laugh. As long as we have NOT received an email or letter from you that we should pay an advance, we cannot smell that we should pay an advance. At one point we received an email from you "Welcome to Antargaz". So we assume that everything is fine. We have not even received anything from you that would break the contract. So if you think you have acted correctly? I am also self-employed. If I have to tell the bridal couple on the day of their wedding that our agreement is canceled, their whole day is gone. And bad advertising for me. Just like with you now. Because I will share this as much as possible. Oh yes, a certain Joren is following up on this file and was going to keep me informed. I haven't heard of this yet. So why then say everything went by the book?

A fossil of a company with a terrible company policy. Switching to a different energy supplier should be free today, but apparently not at Antargaz. I asked them to pick up their gas tank because I want to switch to alternatives. For this they charge you a return sum of 300 euros + compensation of up to 500 euros. Gas that is still in it and that you have already bought from them, you have to pay again to have it removed. So you better burn them up. They put things that should be clear in the contract in unintelligible formulations in their fine print. They automatically lure you into a five-year contract and offer you no other options. In addition, they continued to send invoices for the extension of the use of the tank (while it is already gone) and charge you compensation if you do not pay these fictitious invoices.

* Send ghost invoices and then reverse the burden of proof.
* Gas deliveries take way too long
* Unkindest staff I've ever had on the phone.
* Contracts cannot be found, lost after taking over Eurogas

Not very honest, and very expensive tanker gas company. I had a larger gas tank installed in the ground, to replace the old exterior which was more standard at the time of delivery, they refused to connect the tank to the boiler and my cooking hob. said it was a heating engineer who had to do it. But in the meantime he had broken the old pipe that connected the old cistern. In short, it took me almost a year to find a heating engineer who would come and do it, and in the meantime I had a tank full of gas that I could not use and I still had to fill the old one with very can because the company did not want to give me a 1/2 full. In short I do not recommend the company. I have to stay until the cistern is mine and then I can change.

They knew from the start that our bulex could not serve for their tanks, but kept it nice until the contract was signed. Call in several plumbers who confirmed that they are not giving a certificate since life was dangerous. They contacted Antargaz, but they nicely pulled their hands off. Scandalous company. We have earned 1500 euros from us and it has not helped us. They do a lot of work, they do everything themselves ... until the time comes, they do not drop anything outside the tank and are done. ..the tank was not even filled yet a fine for collection ...
Do not be bribed and hear from other gas distributors before you sign anything. They don't look at your well-being here but at their wallet!

One year to try to clarify a situation caused by a delivery error. Hours of waiting on the phone, emails left unanswered, rude collaborators who make you understand that you piss them off (!) From time to time an accommodating person but who is not in the right department or who deflects you unending. It seems that I stumbled upon the rare gem of the company today (I am awaiting a confirmation email). Avoid, although I'm not sure it's better elsewhere!

For more than 20 years customer, the service is less and less efficient. It now takes a week to wait for a delivery even in emergency! It's been 3 days without heating and without hot water in December and despite phone calls and email, they do not want to shorten the time.

Notice (May 2019):

It's been 6 months since I acquired a property using a gas tank. And despite a dozen telephone contacts and thirty emails, the change of ownership was not made at Antargaz ... At first, I was told "yes it's done", a few days later I re-asked and nothing had been changed. This is very many times. Then the commercial must contact me and it will be done. I never managed to reach her. And finally, "oh no, we must redo a whole contract, we will contact you in the week" => It was a month ago.

Yet I'm used to water, electricity, works, municipalities, urbanism, ... But I have never seen anything like it!

The service person is very friendly, but the people behind do not follow at all. I can only advise you to go see the competition. I have never seen a "service" as inefficient! Win a few on gas and have to spend dozens of hours so that nothing moves, it is absolutely not profitable.
=> Go elsewhere!

For my part, the next step if I have no news after my next reminder, will be purchase test and my lawyer.

If I could have put "no stars", I would have done it ... To flee like the plague ...

Very little proactive and rude after-sales service (I specified that I was French-speaking and I had a Dutch-speaking person who did not master French). Apparently, there is no problem when in 10 days 25% of the tank empties. This does not require intervention because it is normal ... Some people consume a full (800 ) per month, we have to get used to it, that's all.

Are you serious or is it a joke?

First call to after-sales service where I am told that a technician comes in immediately in an emergency. The next day, another call, because no news from the technician: no one will come because it is not an emergency.
