One year to try to clarify a situation caused by a delivery error. Hours of waiting on the phone, emails left unanswered, rude collaborators who make you understand that you piss them off (!) From time to time an accommodating person but who is not in the right department or who deflects you unending. It seems that I stumbled upon the rare gem of the company today (I am awaiting a confirmation email). Avoid, although I'm not sure it's better elsewhere!
