At the end of the visit, enjoy and silence your soul. close your eyes and let yourself be navigated by the sound of the prayers that resonate in place. they are done 5 times a day (check the sacred hours). and that every prayer be transformed into love. only in this way can you experience the experience of this connection with the divine in all phases of the golden moon.

Wow. Wow. Wow. What a magnificent place. The architecture is beyond words and beyond anything I have ever seen. It is a very secure tour, where you have to be clothed from head to toes. The hallways are wind tunnels which adds to the magic of the experience. The chandeliers are so beautiful, carpets, walls, everything.
Fabulous!!!!Visitor parking is at gate 6.The mosque offers a special cloth for women and also for men if necessary(shorts are not allowed!)

The Grand mosque in Abu Dhabi is a must see sight while in Abu Dhabi. Constructed with white marble with elaborate inlay work with precious and semi precious stones, rich Persian carpets, beautiful chandliers make up the interiors. The exterior is also beautiful with wonderful gardens and a large parking to accommodate the numerous guests who visit.

A little disappointed in how commercial the tourist entrance has become! If you re going to worship then please go to the worshippers entrance near the main car park and NOT the tourist entrance as you will be met with a VERY long underground walk to the mosque itself and may miss your prayers.
Wonderful place. Officials are little bit strict regarding dress code & photography. Otherwise very nice & beautiful place like our Taj Mahal. I really enjoyed this trip.

The mosque is beautiful ...well laid out ...the rules are strict.....with regard to photography and dress for woman ....water is available as drinking taps are provided...queues get long ...walk is tiring for the elderly who are feeble and cannot walk long distances...however enquire there are rides provided ..for thise who cannot manage walking.The mosque has beautiful lights on the inside and is huge ...the outside is magnificent.

For me personal the so called "White Mosque" or correct the "Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center" is a stunning religious place that you should not miss to visit. It is a cultural highlight of a trip to the Emirates, for many visitors it is THE highlight of their visit.

One word; beautiful. It was so peaceful and lovely. Wind blowing nicely creating a calm breeze. At one point, worship started and the prayer pouring from the mosque was so beautiful and serene. I truly enjoyed being there and would love to go back. Its amazing to be in a culture where all or the greater majority share the same worship and religious belief. Wish we had that and truly were one nation under God...amen
Beautiful mosque. Must visit for prayers or even outing with family to appreciate some the most beautiful Islamic art work. The Administration is a bit strict about what parts of the mosque can be visited and dress code (especially for women) but to keep everything in order, I believe that is necessary.

Remember dress code is important they have dressing room and costume its free . Entry ticket is also free. You can jump the queue if you have booked online. There is a security check so don't bring guns . There is vehicle transport for old people. If you know muslim way of praying then you can pray there. Accidental malfunction of dress code is not taken as huge crime they just say to rectify it. The carpet and Chandelier are main attraction. There is shops near the entrance also you might see a super car.
Best Islamic religious place for noon Islamic people. I never felt so important and well treated in my own country's religious places. Tolerance at maximum. It's safe and friendly for people of anytionality, religion or culture. Tickets are free, can be booked online or at site. Online booking is better because otherwise one may have to stand in long queue to get the ticket. Mesmerizing architecture. Camera and phones allowed. No wedding photography. Ladies must wear the gown which is available for free here).

Spectacular and marvelous. Epitome of impressive architectural work. Free of charge entry. No revealing clothes. Non muslims can't enter the praying area. Try to go there in the evening in summers.
