Clean, comfortable, but get there early if you need a parking spot!

Everything you need for a basic overnighter, clean, close to city centre. Very reasonable prices.

Everything was good and as if expect. Apart from the room was boiling hot all night and we couldnt open the window to cool it down.

Arrived at 10pm to be told there were no rooms and their reservation system made an error and my confirmed booking was a mistake. I was left In a strange city with no where to stay at 10:30 pm. Still waiting on their manager contacting me. Not worth the risk booking this place.

Absolutely terrible service here multiple times. Last time after being called a liar and providing no help whatsoever I will never be visiting again.

Far better places to stay in Sheffield that are equal or less in price.

Really convenient if you are seeking access to city center, along with very reasonable parking next door run by NCP. We didn't try the bar so can't comment on the food. Prefer the even side numbered rooms as are on the side next to the canal and thus lot quieter. Very clean and good state rooms, particularly since they are recently refurbished. Thanks.

Decent budget hotel right in the city, stayed here with my son, felt safe, secure and the room was cleaned daily and had everything we needed

A good, economical hotel that provides a hospitable place to stay.

Rooms are fine, clean but the decor is tired, and 'jazzed up' with coloured paint akin to a soft play area. Stayed in worse places but somehow its quite a depressing place to stay.

Finally, booked a King Bed, got a twin..

Theres was no faults everything down to the mattress is perfect

Terriable service they lost our resavation then told us there was no rooms even though person in canceled theres for the night staff where rude and did not want to help

Food good, the rooms are very good, but the internet is bad and there is no socket on the side of the bed which is uncomfortable also to use the cell phone charging.

Decent hotel but rather drab and grey in it's decor.

Location was in the centre of sheffield. Easily accessable. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

I did not like this hotel at all. It was very deceiving with it's high review. There is no air conditioning. The king bed we requested was two twins pushed together but they were not secured so there was an awkward gap between them. Theres sound construction going out outside and the windows dont open at all for fresh air.

Surprisingly modern for the price, very comfy and staff couldn't do enough for you. Good selection at breakfast with attentive staff. Would recommend and stay again. Area is a bit rough but you get that in any city.

Rooms are great, very clean and toiletries enjoyed. Sadly, food and drink largely overpriced.

Polite and friendly staff. Room was a little worn and could have done with a bit of to but otherwise comfortable. Didn't sleep entirely well but unsure if that was the bed or me. Worth the price and I would return.

Bad cheap hotel, extremely overpriced. Rude staff and the room was not clean, there was underwear left in the room from the previous occupier, alerted staff and they were not interested.

Hotel was fine. Great value for money. No complaints.

Broken shower tap, dirty bathroom (full of mould), dirty toilet seat, view is on commercial side. The room size was ok, but not charming - needs to be refreshed.

Cant fault this hotel. Staying on the 9th floor for 4 nights. Parkings a bit tight. Get discount off the gym n spa at the hilton which is across the street. Would stay here again.

Plenty of space in rooms...big bathroom area comfortable beds...breakast very good too.

Where to start.. Not going to write full sentences because there is too much to talk about.
We kindly asked if we can have late checkout for 2PM.. It was accepted over the phone and through messages. (see Photos) Yet, we got told to leave at 11am. Even though it should be 12 as standard according to their guest policy. A lady named Terese was extremely rude and didn't accommodate our conversations and understand where we were coming from as we had clear proof and didn't care the slightest.

I would suggest and prefer to stay elsewhere..

Close to town centre bars, theatres, stadium. Got a fantastic room at a good price.

Nowhere to park after 10pm. Receptionists got the bookings wrong. Room was fine though.

Fire alarm at 3am, bathrooms need redoing but breakfast was good and beds were comfy

Really helpful, opened breakfast early for us as we were competing in a swimming gala.

Staff are realy helpful... hotel is okay. But for the price it's great.

Rooms are a little tired agreed. But its clean.

Bar could do with a a few more things. However your not too far from some vibrant resteraunts.

However that said for what it costs i can not realy complain.

Bes was good, shower was good and staff helpful and friendly.

Some peaple on the review are not happy, but when i was there there seemed to be a lot of happy peaple there too...

Paid for the "Superior" King room, the mattress turned out to be 2 singles, didn't do my back any favours.

My partner and I stayed here for just the one night (a Saturday) so that we could attend a family gathering. There were no car parking spaces available outside of the hotel so we parked behind at the NCP Blonk Street multistorey car park, More

Clean and comfortable room. I had a great night's sleep as the location is a really quiet one. Good central location and very friendly staff. I would happily stay there again!

Fans of the 1970s soap Crossroads Motel will immediately feel at home here. A colleague described it as the sort of hotel people came to commit suicide. The room is painted in a clashing Wormwood Scrubs grey and fetching Belmarsh blue arrangement. Color highlights being a faded Mondrian print adjacent the window.

The highlight of the restaurant menu is Fish Fingers on white Bread with Heinz Tomato Ketchup and Chips. The rest of the menu descended into a kind of Burger King happy meal list. I complained about the cold offering and Frozen Gaelic Bread which led to an immediate refund. This simple act moved it from no stars to a one star hotel with very uncertain prospects for improvement.

Close to the city centre, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The only down sides are that the rooms are a bit old fashioned and you can hear everything happening outside.

Stayed for the night after a gig at Sheffield arena, great hotel, staff very helpful on giving advise for travel to the arena. Drinks in the bar reasonably priced

Great Hotel in a great location, team at front desk were friendly and extreamly helpful. Managed to get me checked in a bit earlier which was fantastic, very clean and excellent sized rooms. Breakfast was good and overall a very good hotel and will be staying again when in Sheffield next.

Nice hotel. They allowed me to check in early upon my arrival which was nice, but the room they assigned me hasn't been cleaned yet. The staff was very quick to remedy the situation and by time I was finished eating the amazing complimentary breakfast that they provide everything was cleaned. Would definitely recommend based off of the very helpful staff.

Staff were brilliant. Food in the restaurant was good and fairly priced. However the room was not as good as advertised. It was dirty in places and the double bed was two single mattresses pushed together.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel staff was very helpful. This was my first time in UK. A memorable stay. Rooms were neat and clean. If u book directly u will get discount. Rooms were quite specious. Check out amenities in hotel website. Hotel is close to city centre and other marts like co-op, pound land, Tesco, BM etc. Didn't tried hotel restaurant. One suggestion...plz add baby food options in menu.

Stayed during world snooker. Strangely asked for driving licence ID even though room was paid for weeks in advance. Then without my permission my DL was photocopied! Never experienced that anywhere else around the world. Room average

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Cheap and cheerful, breakfast was really good. I put a do not disturb sign on the door which the staff ignored and came in anyway so I wasn't very happy with that. Also fire alarm went of at 5 in the morning on new years day and the staff was not in control what so ever. It was a right mess. No organisation and people where everywhere.

It was ok for the night, bed was a bit uncomfortable and the blanket was a bit too small/thin for a winter night.

Lovely hotel, polite staff, but in a quite noisy area for traffic, including emergency vehicles in the night and no air con or fan in the room.. Try the Leopald instead
