Dr. Stokes, (dr) Mark and staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful in regards to assisting the patient's needs along with offering several different alternatives. I love the look, feel and atmosphere of this office!
All personnel create a great visit with no LONG waiting! Mark has been so very helpful and patient in treating myself, my teenage son and 10yr old daughter. ((Very family oriented)). Dr. Stokes is very cordial and speaks with true honesty and provides alternatives if one is "needle scared". She also speaks to you as she moves thru each moment of your procedure with comfort and ease which can be reassuring and places one at ease.Wonderful office!

I decided to try a new dermatologist soI picked this place because it was closer to my house. Will never go back..I've been there twice..both times they insisted I use one of their RX company's. The first time I never received my RX but luckily my rosacea was not acting up..I was able to just stretch out what I had left from my old dermatologist (the best..Associates in Dermatology). My last appointment was the weeks ago and once again I'm in the same boat trying to track down my RX. The company they insisted on me using only received 1 of 2 RX's. The company called stokes' office requested the RX's. These fools sent over the script to Walgreens. Walgreens was out of stock. I called stokes' office and requested to see why all the confusion..finally got a lady by the name of Bonnie. Me being upset told her that this was unacceptable. Before being able to finish she cuts me off and tells me everything is ok and that I can call Walgreensso they can send the RX somewhere else then hung up on me...i don't have time to call 3 different places to track my RX. I called back and left a message with the office manager on their horrible customer service was and is. The place really deserves 1 star. Im not fonna mention how dingy the office looks . It's too bad they have such a great location but shity customer service.

During my appointment i felt like i was being rushed, the PA prescribed me medications that my insurance doesnt cover. I have called the doctors office several times to have them change the prescription and no one is willing to help and the nurses do not call me back. I am very dissapointed as i paid for this doctors visit and no one cares to provide the service i paid for. Would not reccomend this doctors office i will be going back to Associates in Dermatalogy although it will be a long drive.

Office hours are very limiting. On Friday a patient could drop dead after noon when this Dr and others leave patients to fend for themselves as they play around on a 3 day weekend

Dr. Stokes and staff are extremely competent. My wife and I have been patients for many years and have always been treated with upmost respect. She monitors our skin and has found issues that resulted in local treatment and on occasion successful surgery. We have recommended her to family and friends.

I have seen Beatrice (Betty) for about 5 years now and she is the best! She is so nice and caring. My husband and my children have seen her as well.
The staff there is so nice and patient especially Alex she is awesome. Every time I have called whether it be to make/cancel an appointment, a question/concern or an issue they have been so polite and helpful addressing my call and getting the information I need. I would recommend her to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

I filled out the appointment area asking for a specific date as requested and never got a response of any kind. It has been almost 2 weeks.

A big thank you to the staff and Dr. Our family has been patients of hers for many years. I find them to be professional and compassionate. The directions they give are clear and concise.
I really appreciate such good care.

I cannot express how happy I am with this office! All of the staff of professional, friendly and informative. Most importantly, I have not have an extended waiting time to see a specialist. I want to thank Mark Winstead, PA-C, for being so personable and helpful as well for my condition! Don't let me forget, a medication that cost $500.00 without insurance, $100.00 with insurance, cost me $0.00 because they gave me a discount card provided by the pharmaceutical company! Thanks guys!

Loved my visit! The girls took very good care of me. Cant wait to see them again in 4 weeks! I saw Betty and she was awesome and so sweet!

I was disappointed at the way I was treated by the staff as well as the doctor. I complained to the doctor about the lack of customer service and how rude the staff was to me. The doctor was laughing with the nurse at me. I left and never went back Horrible place, they only care about getting as much money as they can from you...

My husband received an outstanding service from Ms. Desire Fedor, Aesthetician. She always greeted us with a smile, very professional, knowledgeable, and explained to us everything that we would be expecting with each treatment. He is looking great thanks to her help. Very bad office. I went there twice to fill out the paper work and LabCorp did not accepted. If they don't know fill out the paper work I can imagine if they know my problem. I don't think this office is supposed be at Cigna PPO.

I ve been a patient since the office was located on West Carroll with Sharon Stokes. MD. But, most of all Mark Winstead, PA-C and Betty Ramos, PA-C they are the best at what they do. Thank you for making me smile each time I visit. I have to tell you how impressed I am with the current staff they are so friendly! Kudos

I came in yesterday for a consult with Dr Sharon, she basically broke it down to me how the black head extraction works and why i had the small black marks on my face due to the aftermath of the procedure. She was very detailed and very thourough on the info she passed on to me about what my options are to correct my face. She took the time to explain everything. And If you have the oppurtunity to meet Gretty, you are in for a laugh. She is so funny and down to earth, She will have you cracking up with her anecdotes. They also gave me some free sunscreen. Its a great place! Im Happy i made the decision to return back to them!

Dr. Sharon A. Stokes, her medical assistant Valerie Jimenez, and Physician assistant Beatrice Bencosme are fantastic people and very knowledgeable! They are very caring about my needs and go above and beyond to address all the concerns and questions I have about my skin concerns. They take the time to listen and make sure all your needs are addressed. I would highly recommend Dr Stokes and her team to anyone! Dr. Stokes really cares about her patients, and medical assistant Valerie is very attentive to detail and organizes and writes all the information I need to make sure I didn't miss anything that I need to know. Beatrice, PA was also very caring and informative of what I needed to do for myself, and she made sure that I did not have any other questions and concerns. I will definitely stay with her team!

Positive quick, thorough, and friendly interaction with the office today! In and out very promptly, I felt like both the PA and the nurse were very thorough and kind. Good experience would recommend

Horrible service. I repeat worst dermatologist ever. I made an appointment with Dr.Stokes but was told that she was booked and went to Dr. Beatrice Ramos. She literally examined me for 20 seconds and prescribed me medication. When I went to pick up the medication from the pharmacy. They told me it was out of stock and how they tried to reach her three times to see if there was a generic medication that I can use however they no response. When I tried to call the doctor office someone in the front desk said she was busy and she would give me a call back however I never received a call back. I then proceeded to call her the next day and she said she was going to send the prescription to another pharmacy when I called the pharmacy they said they have no records of any prescription for me. I then proceed to call the doctor office again just to be told it was never sent. I leave to go to college in a few days and now have no prescription.Never again!

Called 3 times to make an appointment, and was left on hold 10 min each time. If they can't do me the courtesy of not leaving me on hold then they do not deserve my business.

I have been to Dr. Stokes a couple of times and although she seems like a smart doctor she lacks in compassion. During all my appointments I felt very rushed and she seems to always be in a hurry leaving no time to ask questions. The manner she comes into the room comes off as rude does not even Say hello or ask how are you . These are simple etiquettes a doctor should follow. I m sure she s very knowledgeable but showing compassion and empathy towards your patients is just as important and they are traits that Dr. Stokes does not have. Overall the staff was friendly and very organized. The office is very nice and clean.

Took my daughter there and she had been seek the PA but after not much success I suggested we make an appt with the doctor instead to see if she may have a different plan of how to treat my daughter...Dr. Stokes was awful! Didn't let my daughter hardly speak or share her concerns as to why she was there didn't let her ask questions. She was so awful and spoke so rudely to my daughter she left the exam room in tears and by the time we got to the car she literally had an anxiety attack. Will Never Go There again nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not sure Dr. Stokes exists. I've never seen her. I scheduled an appointment from the website; apparently these go nowhere. Thankfully I confirmed by phone. I spoke with staff who said, "Yeah, the website form doesn't work," (so... fix or remove it?). I made a NEW appointment, told the woman specifically what the appointment was for only to learn on arrival [after taking the day off work] they don't/won't perform the procedure. I also had a cancer screening that was, tops, 2-3 minutes. Nothing like screenings my colleagues described or that I've read about. They were kind and seemed qualified, but I didn't feel confident I'd received a thorough screening. I feel like I need a 2nd screening (another $60 co-pay and missed work). Finally, the check-in process with that tablet is really frustrating. This office doesn't seem patient-centered.

I've been to Dr Stokes for years. She is very through in her explanations and advice. This time I saw Dr Mark who is funny and kind. The woman who took me to my room and gathered my information left a lot to be desired. She looked at me like I was an icky specimen . I didn't appreciate it . Next time I go in I'm gonna tell her about professional courtesy. Your a provider, I'm the patient. Not cool. Leah

I ve been a patient of Dr. Stokes for several years, her professionalism is top notch and has exceptional knowledge in her field. She is very detailed and has always provided me with a thorough explanation of every procedure and/or diagnosis. Upper management and front staff have also provided me with a great experience. I have also been seen by her PA Betty Bencosme and would highly recommend either of them.

I have been going to Dr. Stokes for over 13 years now and I have received nothing but the best service and bedside manners from everyone there. Stokes has saved my skin time over after HS and Cystic acne destroyed it almost to the point of no return. It wasn't a fast process but she did everything in her power and was quick to call me when she had something new in her grasp that she thought would benefit me. Her PA Beatrice also assisted as well and together work on my face to make it look 1000% than what it did 5 years ago. Their aftercare instructions have always been clear and I never had an issue with procedures or medications prescribed. I reccomend this office 100000% to anyone!

Honest review, the nurses careless about you, you don't actually get to meet the real MD you get her assistant. He prescripted me creams for $900 and gave me pills that didn't do anything. Awful place, the nurse gave me an attitude everytime I asked a question. Suggestion pick a place that will actually make time for your needs instead of wasting your time.
