I'm not sure Dr. Stokes exists. I've never seen her. I scheduled an appointment from the website; apparently these go nowhere. Thankfully I confirmed by phone. I spoke with staff who said, "Yeah, the website form doesn't work," (so... fix or remove it?). I made a NEW appointment, told the woman specifically what the appointment was for only to learn on arrival [after taking the day off work] they don't/won't perform the procedure. I also had a cancer screening that was, tops, 2-3 minutes. Nothing like screenings my colleagues described or that I've read about. They were kind and seemed qualified, but I didn't feel confident I'd received a thorough screening. I feel like I need a 2nd screening (another $60 co-pay and missed work). Finally, the check-in process with that tablet is really frustrating. This office doesn't seem patient-centered.
