Thankfully I don't have to deal with them anymore since I no longer work for the employer that had this insurance, but I'm still dealing with a claim from November 2018 that they for whatever reason will not pay, so I'm being billed for it. Every time I call, they say they have no record of it yet when I contact the place that is billing me they say they had been in contact with someone here but that they suddenly stopped responding to them so they had to bill me again. They have resubmitted the request a few times already and still nothing! Horrible service!!
