This is a wonderful place. My daughter has participated in STEM Rocks the Box twice. I have only been to one regular show and it was great. The food is good and the place is clean. The wait staff is also the cast so it is fun to watch out for them in the show. I highly recommend attending.

For our third consecutive visit, we got extremely poor service. Two visits ago we arrived well before ordering cut-offs but the process of seating and no one coming to get our order promptly, we had to wait until intermission to get hot food. Then we went to a late show, ordered drinks and never saw our server again. We would have liked to order more drinks. Someone else finally showed up with our check. we arrived well before any cutoff time. Heard the announcements for 15, 10 and 5 minutes to hot food cut off. Finally grabbed a food runner to see if we could order (hadn't even gotten to order drinks after being seated for 20+ minutes) so we left. We purposefully hadn't eaten anything so drinking was not a good option nor did we want to wait an hour plus until intermission to eat. The restroom in the bistro had out of order signs on 2 of the 3 urinals and 1 of two stalls. Paper towel dispenser was broken so a roll was just sitting on the counter. The more diversified it becomes, the less they seem to do right. Might be past time to do less but do it well.

Great place for dinner, drinks, and a show. The food was good, the servers were very energetic and moved quickly. The servers are also the cast members in the show so they are motivated to serve you quickly before the show starts. The show we saw, Down and Dirty, was definitely not for kids. There is a mix of music performances and comedy skits. Both were excellent. Lots of sex humor in this show but that's also why we came. Laughed all the way home reliving the skits.

We ve been attending Shadowbox for 20+ years. Always a good time. Was there this past weekend to see the show EPIC. It definitely lived up to its name. Great show, loved the skits and the music was exceptional. I didn t know David could play the fiddle, definitely EPIC!!! The CS&N song was fantastic too, great choreography. My favorite was Amy Lay singing Betty Davis Eyes, right on target. The food was good (love the pizza s) and we had a picture of FREAK. Service was the best, no complaints! Definitely recommend this place for a night out with friends.

We visited this place in Jan with friend of ours. What a show. Performers were outstanding, the show 50 shades of Shadowbox was great mix between comedy sketch, adult jokes (insinuated) & band performance. We will come back for other shows. Thank you for the laughter and great performance

I love Shadowbox Live! I have been attending shows since I was 12. I ve celebrated my 18th, 19th and 21st birthday at shadowbox live! Their musicals are my favorite! I ve never seen a show, Sunday musicals, Wednesday/Thursday Shows or Friday/Saturday Sketch Comedy & Rock n Roll, that I haven t laughed at, or thoroughly enjoyed! Some of my all time favorites have been, Rocky Horror, Reffer Madness, Little Show of Horrors, Chicago, Rent, A funny thing happened on the way to the Forum (my first show), Scrooge, Smoke and Mirrors, The Best of Shadowbox Live and Burlesque!!! The huge variety of their shows, allows for people of all ages to find something they like :) Their drinks and food are delicious too! If you are 21+ , you must try their pitcher of The Freak . Some of my food favorites on the menu is their white pizza, 3 cheese bread, nachos, and mount shadowbox (dessert)! Wether you are a vegetarian, a picky eater or just love food, there is something on the menu for you! I eat dinner at every show I see and I ve never ordered anything I ve disliked :) I also recommend celebrating special events (birthdays, bachelorette party, wedding anniversary, etc.) with Shadowbox live; they neve disappoint! Ask about the party extras! I no longer live in Ohio, but I go see at least one show every time I m back in town!

Very nice venue. People are wonderful, and that may stem from the fact that they all are actors. Your server will be up on stage. The cook (good food, btw!) Will be up singing. The ticket taker and CFO? You will see them up there! It really adds to the personal experience when you interact with them in their service roles and a few minutes see them singing and dancing. Plus it makes them more vested in ensuring you like being there! Great job, everyone! Loved the art for sale too, in the bar area

Tonight was my first experience at Shadowbox and they did not disappoint! The performers are amazing! They are incredibly talented! They sing, play instruments, act and serve!!! Hot and Heavy was an excellent performance! All of the show is my favorite part. Lol. You must have a dirty sense of humor or you may feel uncomfortable. I absolutely loved this venue and look forward to becoming a regular customer! I highly recommend checking it out , the food is pretty good too and not horribly priced. This place is awesome!

Always a pleasure to visit. I prefer their musicals over the sketch shows. Stage is amazing, wish the seating were made up of half-tables exclusively, as if you arrive late you often end up sitting on the side of the table facing away from the stage and having to turn around to watch. Cast and crew is an amazing group. One of the only places you can come and see a live music/performance show where the actors are also your waiters! Easy to make friends and have a great time.

This place is AMAZING. Several times I had to ask myself, "Am I really in Columbus?" It's a gem. Extremely talented performers, great writing, excellent service, and the music is WAAAAY beyond what I expected. And I'm a snob. For reals, I'm hard to impress (especially when it comes to music), but these guys are OVER THE TOP!!!! Not from Columbus, but will be returning again to see Shadowbox!

What a group of extremely talented folks! I always bring a group for each new show and we usually get the pizza and the dessert with the fudge ice cream and whipped cream. The coffee is great too. Shadowbox live makes Columbus alive

This is my absolute favorite place for a Friday night. A fantastic live show and karoake after in the lounge. The house band here is as good as any live concert you could see. The only downside is that their food is a little pricey - but eat first and get appetizers during the show.
