For our third consecutive visit, we got extremely poor service. Two visits ago we arrived well before ordering cut-offs but the process of seating and no one coming to get our order promptly, we had to wait until intermission to get hot food. Then we went to a late show, ordered drinks and never saw our server again. We would have liked to order more drinks. Someone else finally showed up with our check. we arrived well before any cutoff time. Heard the announcements for 15, 10 and 5 minutes to hot food cut off. Finally grabbed a food runner to see if we could order (hadn't even gotten to order drinks after being seated for 20+ minutes) so we left. We purposefully hadn't eaten anything so drinking was not a good option nor did we want to wait an hour plus until intermission to eat.

The restroom in the bistro had out of order signs on 2 of the 3 urinals and 1 of two stalls. Paper towel dispenser was broken so a roll was just sitting on the counter. The more diversified it becomes, the less they seem to do right. Might be past time to do less but do it well.
