Dr Ware is by far the Best vet I have ever known..... He is more knowledgeable and helpful in any situation I have ever encountered with my dogs. Incredible surgeon! And all in all great vet! Now lets not forget his wonderful staff, who are very compassionate and caring as well! Now if you live closer to his facility at 32nd St & Baseline, well you Must go to meet Dr Baldwin, she is just like Dr Ware loves my dogs and has been there for 3 surgeries!!! Love this family

Last week we brought my very sick kitty here to be checked out. All of the staff was very sweet and the vet was very honest with us. Our diagnosis was grim and she did not sugar coat anything. She was truthful in her reccomendations to bring him to an emergency vet and that the level of care that they could offer was not going to be adequate. Their team then did everything they could to prepare my cat to be transported comfortably and as pain-free as possible. We did end up losing Ziggy, but I am still very grateful for the care and compassion received by Laveen Veterinary Center.

I love this vet office! Great patient care for my dog, the staff is excellent and it truly feels like they care about my dog. Every time I m here, the vet gets on the floor with my dog and examine and talk to my dog. I ve learned not all vets do this, and I love this office!
Love these guys. We take all 7 of our pets here (one of whom is a hot mess of a cat [FIV+ and diabetic] and is there pretty regularly). They know us by name and are always looking out for our pets' best interest and asking how everybody else is doing when we come in with one of our pets. They never try to up-sell services, only what is necessary for our pets' health. So grateful to have them taking care of our babies.
We brought our new puppy in for her first visit. She has insurance through AKC, and thought they were in the network and decided to bring her here. Then when calling to make the appointment I double checked and said " we found you through the AKC network and would like to use her first FREE initial appointment. What do we need to bring to ensure that?" They said, all you need to bring is her paperwork. Then after everything was said and done, they told us that they WERE NOT in fact in the network and that we would have to pay everything out of pocket. Needless to say, we felt like we had the wool pulled over our eyes. Not great customer service in my opinion to promise one thing and then afterwards tell use that they in fact are NOT in the network. It's unfortunate because we also brought my older dog here who needed to have a tooth removed and now we will be finding another vet. I DO NOT recommend this vet office to anyone.
I am so amazed be the attention and care that this clinic provides. My little furball was sick and i brought him in to the clinic mainly because it was closer to my house than y normal clinic. I am so beyond happy I did. The staff is amazing. they were able to get me an appointment same day and Dr. Naig is one of the best vets i've ever encountered. She not only took an interest in my cat but she also continuously followed through with me. That is something that most vets just don't even bother doing these days. She called me every day to check on the status of my cat and when i was concerned about his weight she let me bring him back in to weigh him and even gave him a full exam because things weren't looking up. I am now delighted to say that my baby is doing so much better and i fully credit Dr.Naig and the staff at Laveen Veterinary Center. They represent how a vet should be, actually showing concern and compassion in a world that lacks both. I beyond recommend this place.
Absolutely awesome vet clinic! We have been bringing our dogs here for about 1.5 years and have always been impressed by the level of care, compassion and knowledge. Very thorough and truly care about pets! I would recommend to anyone!
We've been taking our dog to LVC since they opened in Laveen and hands down they are the best! Dr. Ware is phenomenal and I recommend him and his amazing team whenever I have the chance. We have utilized LVC for regular check-ups/routine shots, nail trimmings, dental cleaning and tooth removal, and even major surgery when our dog completely tore her ACL and required a TPLO. Dr. Ware is the only doctor I would trust to do this type of procedure and he sat with us to answer all of our questions and review all of our options, which allowed us to feel comfortable with our decision. Their prices are competitive but most importantly Dr. Ware and his entire staff genuinely care about your pet. We would be lost without them and they are an asset to the neighborhood.
Great staff and Dr. Naig is great with answering questions and making sure we understand the treatment. I feel comfortable bringing my kitten here and confident that the staff will provide amazing service!
First time bringing in my pet today just for an check up exam and two vaccinations. And the staffs were amazing and friendly! Frist time meeting Dr.Ware and he was very friendly and very patient with my pet! Even though my pet was very terrified. But I will definitely give them a 5 star rating and I will definitely spread the word! Thank you so much for a great service! Will definitely come back soon!
I just moved to AZ and my pup had to have surgery. She's a rescue and not always trusting. The vet earned her trust instantly and they kept me updated as soon as she woke up. I couldn't have lucked out any better with finding this office, they are amazing!

Dr. Ware always takes the best care of our German Shepherd. After a hip surgery, Mochi is as good as new! We still go here even though we live in the East valley now.
Great staff, smart docs Was offered next day appointments for exam & diagnostic testing. Staff was always friendly and the docs kindly answered all our questions.
We take all of our 6 animals to this vet. They are treat us like family. The place is always clean. Customer service is excellent. Truly care for our dogs and cats. We love to see the same vet for all appointments. Always get us in right away, rarely have to wait. I recommend this vet to everyone.
I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I brought my cat out of fear that she may have asthma, we were in an exam room as soon as we walked through the door. Dr Naig then saw my baby and was very kind and gentle with her. My cat does not take too kindly to strangers but she warned up to Dr. Naig. My favorite thing about this Veterinarian's office was they are not just in it for the money, you can tell that they care!

My wife am I only got to take our puppy here a few times and then we had to put him down. But after we put him down we received a card in the mail from this vets office. It was a condolences card but it made us both cry because every member of the staff who had gotten to meet our puppy wrote a sincere message not just sorry for your loss . It was genuine and kind hearted. If you re looking for a vets office where the staff are kind and caring and treat your pet as if it was their own then this is the place. They are truly wonderful people here.
$$ over care. Found a cheaper place to get the medication I was buying from them for my dog ($30 less a month is a LOT), all they had to do was send the prescription when emailed by the company. Not only did they refuse, they never contacted us to tell us. The company had to, wondering if we were still going to try and get the prescription physically. Hope we can find a new center soon so we can get pills before my dog eats the pads off her feet from her allergies
I can t say enough to Praise Dr. Ware and staff. I have taken both of my dogs here since I moved to Arizona 4 years ago. They have always treated my dogs with such love, care & kindness.
Sadly my fur kid Riley had to cross the rainbow bridge in March and Dr. Ware was so kind, so compassionate and caring. It was so hard to lose my fur baby but Dr. Ware was down on the floor with us and I could see the tears in his eyes as I held my girl and said goodbye.
They called to check on me & sent a card. This is above & beyond. You can see the passion they have for helping animals.

I always use the vet clinic. I took my puppy., Mazie in for spaying. They did detailed labs first. The doctor called to discuss the results before the procedure. I was very nervous about the whole process and called to ask more questions. The doctor spoke with me again, calming all fears. The receptionist, Kayla, is always awesome and friendly. The doctor and nurse took excellent care of my puppy. They kept me abreast throughout the day. They went above and beyond to make sure my puppy and I were both ok. Unfortunately, she got diarrhea, a side effect of the anesthesia, and was miserable. I called the clinic and they addressed her needs quickly. The staff really, really cares. My baby is definitely on the mend. I've read other reviews with regard to pricing. You get what you pay for. My babies are worth every penny. Thank Laveen Vet clinic
A couple yrs ago took my Sheltie here and the Vet we saw literally sounded like she was still in school. Verbalized what she thought should do next step by step and frankly was terrifying that she was on her own. Gave the place a second shot today since that Vet was apparently fired or left. Needed a health certificate for boarding an airline with my dog and a vaccine. Showed up at the scheduled time only to be told that the Vet that was there is not certified to issue health certificates. Huh!!??!! Didn't bother to call me ahead of the appointment. Waited until I was sitting in the office to inform me of this. Very nonchalant. Nevermind I have to switch my flight, change all my plans because of this. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. Seems to employ new grads and/or idiots that have no concept of what it is to run a business. The listed owner/vet has never been in this office when I have been there....seems the lack of dedication, concern is a systemic problem here from top-down.
They were very professional and quick. I needed my dogs nails cut and called for an appointment. We were in there within the hour and they already knew who we were went we walked in. Bud was immediately taken back for his quick trim, in and out in 10 minutes! Very clean and friendly atmosphere.
Dr. Ware is an amazing veterinarian!! Him and his staff go above and beyond and I highly recommend them! My dog is over 15 years old and is a member of our family. Dr. Ware has helped us keep her healthy and truly cares about her! Dr.Ware has even assisted when I found a stray to make sure the dog did not have any infections/illnesses that could be passed onto our old dog. Great doctor, friendly staff and clean office - this is the vet to have if you live in Laveen.
horrible customer service ,I called to inform them I was going to be 5-10 minutes late and they were fine with it once I got there they were rude about me being 7 minutes late the lady in the front had gave me attitude very unprofessional then put me on hold with the veterinarian and the lady in the front claimed and lied and said I said the b word which was absolutely not true .very unprofessional the veterinarian had the audacity to Come to my car and claim I said the b word and instead of believing me and apologizing she was rude and did nothing about it . I definitely do not recommend taking your dog here
Dr.Ware is Amazing. He is such a dedicated, professional, and kind hearted veterinarian. I always bring my animals to his clinic, his staff is wonderful and you can see how much they genuinely care for the pets that come in. They do what they can for your pets and that puts me at ease.
Dr. Naig, Dr. Ware, and all of the amazing front desk staff and amazing techs are the absolute best. From helping with my parents cats and dog, to my two cats. Even when going through the horrible experience of FIP with our kitten Fry, they were there every step of the way. Even when I had to go to specialists and other centers, they stayed up to date and checked in with us. They still check in to make sure my family is okay. I have not met any more kind and caring people than here at Laveen Vet. The prices seem fine (can't put a price on family in my mind) and can almost always work with your schedule. Even if I moved away from Laveen I'd make the trek back. Best vet ever!

I m from out of state and was having hard time finding vet open day after the 4th of July. Even being booked full they took my dog in who had barbed fishhook in his lip. Pricing was very fair. Staff went above and beyond. I m very appreciative and so thankful. Sam was well taken care of. Thank y all so much
This clinic is in conjunction with the Phoenix veterinary clinic on 32nd st and baseline and through experience, will not recommend this practice or anyone in conjunction with them. Both clinics owned by same person. Both services extremely expensive. My dog had a dermatological issue that the vet chalked up to allergies and prescribed a regular dosage of Benadryl (NOT safe or wise advisement) and gave her high powered steroids to get rid of the rash. They were supposed to call and check up with me and never did. When I called back to share that her DERMATOLOGICAL ISSUE (falsely stated as allergies by the doctor) was not gone after 2 weeks of adhering to, I was forced to leave a message with the staff and still, one year later, NO RESPONSE.
At the visit last year with the Phoenix veterinary clinic (ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CLINIC IN LAVEEN), I was told my dog needed gingoplasty surgery and now that I can afford the thousands of dollars for this surgery, I decided to call back the Phoenix veterinary clinic and give them a second chance considering the reviews seemed good. NOPE. Was confronted with the most rude office staff that received a polite, articulate, and short voicemail this past Sunday. It is Friday, today. Five days later and still no return call to schedule an appointment.
0 stars out of 5 for this clinic being associated with a less than honest, not diligent, and totally non friendly staff.
I will spend quality time ensuring that the 2 or 3 family friends I have sent to this clinic steer clear of PHOENIX and LAVEEN VETERINARY SERVICE.

Agree with the other 1 star reviews - staff is rude and very over priced. Every visit was much more that stated and compared to other vets they were double if not triple the price.
After going to another vet who didn't spend more than 5 minutes in the room with my pet (we were visiting for an eye infection) I went to Dr. Ware. He spent 30-40 minutes testing the eye and really trying to get to the bottom of what was going on. My cat was calm the whole time and actually dozed off (not even close to the reaction at the last vet). Highly recommend! The entire staff was warm and amazing.
Always take amazing care of my dogs. We love them there.
I wrote that review 2 years ago. It was during that time that I had to take both my dogs in to be put to sleep. It was the worst time of my life and I never felt like I was leaving them with strangers. Kayla at the front cried with me while I said my final goodbyes to my Rottie. They are family. Whem my pit fell sick soon after Dr. Ware personally called on a Sunday to have us rush her to his hospital. He is the most caring and loving vet I have ever met.
We now have a new dog and we trust no one else with her than Laveen Veterinarian clinic.
