Just a covid test, but found all of the staff I encountered very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy with very efficient service.

I went in for a chest x-ray ordered by my physician. The admin staff was very informative and kind. The X Ray tech did her job sufficiently but lacked communication skills ..never assume someone knows what you re thinking - it s all about instruction and giving directions. Possibly more education would help in this situation as to how to communicate with patients.

This emergency department staff needs improvement as for documentation. Especially when it goes into patients charts. This past summer my husband was falsely accused of snorting 30 mg of morphine. Last weekend while I had myself and my sons reevaluated for covid symptoms in my chart it was put in that I was obsess and talkative. Not to mention the treatment my husband received by EMS and on 5T when the refused to give him his inhaler for his COPD and then in 5 west when then manhandled him knowing he had old fractures in his spine plus a broken humerus and limited range of motion is other arm. Left him in soiled diapers for long periods of time. His private area was swollen and extremely red. Pushing him to one side to the other for diaper changes causing him more pain refused to have someone sit with him to feed him. Then lied and said he refused to it. His entire left arm bruised and side as well from them being so rough we filed grievances and they closed them now we are filing legal action. This hospital was fine a few years ago but now it has gone down to hell.

All of the staff was very polite & helpful! They took the time to answer all of my questions and checked to see if I needed anything often. I always felt well taken care of as well as my baby. I loved that they always explained exactly what they were doing and why so I always stayed informed. Thank you for the great experience!

I went to the imaging center for my mammogram and had a great experience. The technician was very gentle and courteous. Usually mammograms are very uncomfortable, but my technician went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated as much as she could. Thank you and see you next year

Shout out to Trey the emergency room RN that took care of us during my daughter s allergic reaction. He was awesome! Very informative and I could tell he took pride in what he does. He told my daughter Don t worry I m going to take good care of you. and he was true to his word. Thanks again Trey!!!

I had my yearly blood work done at SGMC outpatient center & I m so glad I did! Everyone I came into contact with was so compassionate. I didn t really expect the staff to be that nice but they were like a breath of fresh air in this crazy pandemic year. I would highly recommend getting lab work done there. I was blessed & very thankful for my wonderful experience!

All the nurses on staff were very helpful and attentive, even with the amount of patients they had. With Covid as well, they all tried their best to meet our needs. The nurses in the nursery helping with our daughter were also super helpful and answered any questions we had and even gave us tips on how to make somethings easier. Overall it was a wonderful experience, especially with this being our first child.

I went to the ER due to being positive to covid and felt my symptoms were getting worse. The lady at the very front on 9/11/21 around 5pm was very distasteful and rude. I told her how I was feeling and she said that just comes with it and proceeded me to check in. I don t feel that is a very appropriate way to treat a patient who is already in distress from this virus. I hope she doesn t treat anyone else that way that may need to seek medical attention over the weekend. However, the nurses and MD were nice and helpful. I was very appreciative of them. Especially my male triage nurse. I cannot remember his name, but he was very nice and reassuring.

I work there and was on my shift last night when I started choking. From my co-workers to security to the ER staff was great. A huge thank you to the security and ER staff who jumped in and helped me. The ER staff was very very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing! I m beyond thankful for them when I was so scared and couldn t calm down.
