I went to the ER due to being positive to covid and felt my symptoms were getting worse. The lady at the very front on 9/11/21 around 5pm was very distasteful and rude. I told her how I was feeling and she said that just comes with it and proceeded me to check in. I don t feel that is a very appropriate way to treat a patient who is already in distress from this virus. I hope she doesn t treat anyone else that way that may need to seek medical attention over the weekend. However, the nurses and MD were nice and helpful. I was very appreciative of them. Especially my male triage nurse. I cannot remember his name, but he was very nice and reassuring.
