This emergency department staff needs improvement ...

This emergency department staff needs improvement as for documentation. Especially when it goes into patients charts. This past summer my husband was falsely accused of snorting 30 mg of morphine. Last weekend while I had myself and my sons reevaluated for covid symptoms in my chart it was put in that I was obsess and talkative. Not to mention the treatment my husband received by EMS and on 5T when the refused to give him his inhaler for his COPD and then in 5 west when then manhandled him knowing he had old fractures in his spine plus a broken humerus and limited range of motion is other arm. Left him in soiled diapers for long periods of time. His private area was swollen and extremely red. Pushing him to one side to the other for diaper changes causing him more pain refused to have someone sit with him to feed him. Then lied and said he refused to it. His entire left arm bruised and side as well from them being so rough we filed grievances and they closed them now we are filing legal action. This hospital was fine a few years ago but now it has gone down to hell.
