A beautiful place run by lovely people. Unfortunately not open to the public all the time, but if you get the chance to attend an open day, do yourself a favour and go. You will not be disappointed.

The UK cultural centre for Sokka Gakkai UK (SGI-UK) a Buddhist lay movement. A beautiful and welcoming place and for practioners of this Buddhism there's a number of spaces in which you can chant in but for those who don't yet, your still assured a warm welcome!

Tours are available of the house itself but it may be much of the house is not open till the official open days which can be found on the website but there's also the beautiful grounds in which to explore and ponder and in the centre there's the shop and also a restaurant on site.

A lovely small house in its own grounds, although the gardens are a bit tired . I now understand where some of the names in Maidenhead come from. Only open to the public on a few days of the year, so you need to check before going.

A beautiful place with historical significance and spiritual serenity. Lovely grounds and beautiful lotus pool to inspire, rejuvenate and reflect. The guides are very friendly and welcoming. I have heard good reviews about the cafe on the grounds. Must visit for anyone in Maidenhead area.
